Persons under 21 years of age must be accompanied by an adult to dine at the restaurant. No one under 21 allowed in the lounge or bar areas at any time.
Not a great value for money. If I'm gonna pay more than $150 for a dinner for two, I at least expect the menus to be free of wine stains.
Biscuits were a little stale and cold. The vibe of the restaurant was weird, for being such a high priced place. They were playing thriller..? Lol definitely felt overpriced for the type of experience and food we received. Our waitress was awesome, but We probably wont be returning.
Awesome dinner, great service and the food was great from the bread, got to try the elk it was out of this world good. My wife had the duck enchiladas and she loved them too. Great atmosphere and the pricing is very fair.
Have eaten there many times but this meal was not up to par...we ordered the chicken and it was over cooked and consequently very dry. At Park City prices one should receive a moist piece of chicken.
Good food. Nice ambiance. We had a table on the second floor over looking Main Street which was lovely. We enjoyed the biscuits for starters and then shared a salad which they split for us. For main course I had the tuna poke (as I wasn’t very hungry) and my spouse ate the chicken. Everything was very good as was the service!
Easily the best of the 4 restaurants we tried while skiing in Park City. By far the best service. Interesting menu -- not just your basic steak house. Lots of great options for kids -- not your standard pasta/pizza/chicken fingers. Really fun list of non-alcoholic drink options for kids. Reasonably priced. Wish we had time to go back!
Three of us out of the 4 ordered the New York strip and we all requested medium rare unfortunately all three steaks were served medium to medium well! Disappointing since they charge $40 per steak.
This place exceeded our expectations. The food was really good. Filet was cooked perfectly and was probably the best I’ve ever had. Place is a little pricey but well worth it. Our server Janelle was super attentive and lively. Will definitely be back.
Always great there. We loved the experience. Joann, our server, was very cheerful and attentive.
WOW! What an amazing dinner at Fletcher's. Our service was top notch and the food was even better. Get the bone-in ribeye, you won't regret it.
Great food is the main attraction. Good place to go with or without kids.
Honestly not much in Park City is value for money, but this one gets closer. Good food, excellent wine, great service.
Over salted, quality of food does not match price.
Our best meal during a vacation to Park City. Outstanding food and service.
Every dish we ordered was excellent. We started with the biscuits with bacon jam. Yum. Several of us had the ala carte meat and ordered sides. Brussels sprouts and asparagus were perfect. The halibut was delicious. Our desserts were the mud pie and warm something. Both disappeared in seconds. It’s expensive but worth the money!
Love the food and the service was great!
Fletcher’s is a real treat. It’s a comfortable place with some true knockout dishes that are creative and tasty. The biscuits with bacon jam, the steak and greens, the shirt rub grilled cheese and warm butter cake were standouts. Great place to have a wonderful meal that doesn’t waste money or calories!
Our party of four enjoyed a variety of items from the menu. All were quite good. Enjoyed peanut crusted salmon, mussels, shirt rib grilled cheese, tenderloin and butter cake and beignets for dessert. Would return on a future visit to Park City.
I have been eating at Fletcher’s since they opened. On my last few visits I felt that the quality went down and this visit was probably my last. The bizarre combination of tuna and coleslaw, with about 2 tablespoons of tuna, was awful. I loved the tuna tartare that used to be on the menu. The short rib grilled cheese is always a favorite, but this time it was low quality bread soaked in butter. And the service was awful. We were ignored for the first 10 minutes as service people walked by as if we were invisible and then we felt rushed for the entire rest of the meal, until the check came and one of the variety of servers told us to take our time....even though she was pulling plates away before we were finished. Sad to see one of my Park City favorites lose its shine
We've been to Fletcher's many times when we're in town for skiing. The night we went most recently, there were two very inconsiderate parties that were trying to "out-loud" each other...made it an unfortunate experience for the rest of us. Another table asked to be reseated in the lounge area, but we had my 9 year-old son with us, so that wasn't an option. Not sure they could have shusshed the offending parties, but probably could have acknowledged the impact on our dining experience. Our server was excellent, but didn't offer any accomodations.
One of our new favorites in Park City! Love, love, love the craft cocktail menu...will have to keep coming back to try them all!! We really enjoyed the biscuits as an appetizer and the steak & greens was the perfect size filet without filling me up. We’ll definitely be back!
Seafood was good, but the steak was disappointing. Service was amazing!
Great meal! Will now be on our annual “go-to” restaurants for our ski vacation
Everything was fantastic, from the food to the service and ambience.
We enjoyed our visit to fletcher's. The grouper was fresh and tasty, zuchinni purse was full of flavor. Somewhat pricey corkage at 20$, great server Cella. Nice calming and relaxing atmosphere.
Great experience, excellent food. There was a table behind us a bit noisy, but having fun so who can be upset with that. After dinner, we enjoyed drinks and music downstairs and had an awesome time!
Fletcher’s is how every nice restaurant should be, an unassuming place with great, semi simple creative and delicious food. Everything, from the cocktails, to the biscuits to desserts was VERY good.
Ordinarily I love this restaurant. But it was just off the other night.
Our server, I think thomas was his name, was amazing. The food was absolutely terrible. Ordered the cheddar biscuits which came out cold. Mussels which were just ok. Our bone in 50$ rib eye came out cold and medium well, ordered med rare. Flavor was terrible/ non existent. If you're gonna have a mark-up, at the very least have hot food. Thank God for our server. He was the only saving grace and deserves a raise. Sadly, I saw the manager a light skinned black woman berating him. Tells me a lot about why theres execution problems...I know from experience as a restaurant manager myself, bad managers can kill an otherwise successful restaurant, starting with losing good servers like the one we had.
I love what they are trying to do, but was frustrated at how it comes off to groups vs smaller parties of 2 to 4. The New Zealand "pure" grass fed meats were tastefully different. Other entrees were very well executed. What broke down was the a la carte menu, including salads. The owner/chef needs to revamp menu if the plate is to be attractive to 2-4 diners versus larger groups. Stand outs: Steaks, decadent biscuits to die for, service, and a nice atmosphere, but not well represented on line. Not Park City refined, just PC.
Mixed cocktails lacked distinctive flavor.
Chela is the best!!!
Great menu and service! A perfect cozy restaurant.
We ate here with our three children, and while the food was good and the service was quick, several people let us know with their looks and attitude that children were not exactly welcome. There is a bar both upstairs and down so maybe that’s why, but when you bring kids on a ski trip you usually have to bring them out to eat with you too. The biscuits were yummy and the salmon was also delicious, though.
The hostess of a restaurant should be friendly and welcoming. That wasn’t the case. Food was ok but not spectacular like other meals we’ve enjoyed all week.
Fletcher's has been a must go to for many years. This experience was very disappointing. Two of us ordered 5 dishes to share, with clear instructions to bring one at a time in specific order. Instead, service was rushed with food coming together, despite repeat of instructions. No slide plates for sharing were brought, with no one to ask for 5 minutes. $50 ribeye was overcooked (ordered medium rare, should be easy for a professional kitchen). Rest of food was fine, but not up to past standard. Now off the list.
Love this restaurant, and go back time and time again because we're never disappointed. The food and service are outstanding, and the owners are great people. Don't miss a meal here if you're in PC!
Incredible! The food, the service, the drinks, and the entire experience was excellent. A new town favorite for our group.
While we greatly enjoyed our meal at Fletcher's, we were looking for a more leisurely pace for a night out with friends. Service was good, but the food came out much too quickly, and we found ourselves being hurried though our meal.
