Service and food was awesome!!! They said the ribeye was 20oz I swear it was 30oz!!! Love it!!!
The food was great, the cocktails were handcrafted, the butter cake was amazing, the service was very good, and the atmosphere was rustic, and quiet, and lovely. Thanks for a great dining experience.
Amazing Service!!! The food was delicious!
Fletchers has been one of our Park City favorites for years. We love all the dishes and the drinks are an experience. The service is always personal and friendly.
We were looking forward to coming and we were not disappointed overall. The service however was quite spotty. Our server wanted to be helpful and described the menu and helped with our food selections. For some reason, he could not understand that we wanted the sides to come with our dinner to share and brought them after our appetizer and before our main courses. He then forgot to bring our coffee and gave me the wrong check when it was time for the bill.
Special appetizer crab claws were delicious, my bone in Ribeye was fantastic and so was my sons lobster. Our server Michelle was super friendly. Another great meal.
Very quick and friendly service.
Our family of 4 enjoyed excellent service, delicious appetizer, meal and dessert at Fletcher's on 2/7/19.
Our experience was everything we want in a special meal out with our family in Park City. We recommend Fletcher's to anyone who enjoys excellent dining, atmosphere, service and the total experience.
We really enjoyed Fletchers, especially Honey, our waitress! She was helpful and knowledgeable about our wine selections and checked on us regularly, apologizing for the rowdy group seated next to our table. I loved the salmon encrusted with Thai chili sauce and peanut butter—so original! The cheddar cheese biscuits with bacon jam were crispy on the outside—delicious! The heirloom tomato salad with arugula was excellent too. My son had the Halibut. We both agreed we need to return again!
Portions small but delicious. Great staff. Would go again definitely.
The buffalo fondue was fabulous. Our waitress was fun and helpful. Everyone loved their meal.
no cappuccino available
wrong dessert brought and server questioned patron
Food not good
Service not friendly and we were rushed out, there was a misunderstanding with the time, we were accommodated at a later time, great, but rushed out, was not offered and after dinner drink or dessert, pretty server, no personality, menu knowledge poor, we arrived at 7 pm, ordered drink, appetizers, then dinner, received our check at 7.49pm.
That’s not fine dining and not worth what I spend.
I am a chef and own 3 fine establishments in Huntington Beach Ca, I understand the business, and understand the problems with staff, lady busser was amazing, server to our next table amazing, problem was our server. Need personality lessons. We all go to dine out and know that no matter how good the food is, if server not friendly enough, nothing taste good.
The Black Trumpet Tapas and bar
I have to say, Fletcher's is an OK restaurant and overpriced. The service was good, the food was not impressive. The thing that caught my eye is that the meat is from New Zealand. We asked and the answer was that these cows are 100% grass fed but the US cows are not. After living in NY for 10 years and visiting their top steak houses, sorry but I found their steak to be dry and hard. My recommendation, buy US meat, much better
We celebrated our 40th anniversary with you and loved it. Your website doesn't do it justice. Love Love Love all the wonderful foods and the great service. Thank you!!
Food was great. Atmosphere was awesome.
We have dined here many times and we have never been disappointed. The food and service are always outstanding. The cocktails are simply the best in Park City or anywhere.
Waitress was great . Food was good . The desert was excellent.
Fletcher’s was exactly what we were looking for. We wanted a place to meet for a drink before dinner that was a bit livelier than a traditional restaurant, yet didn’t want to, as a result, sacrifice the quality of the food for our dinner. Fletcher’s delivered. The downstairs bar is cozy yet chic. When our table was ready, we moved upstairs to the main dining area of the restaurant. All aspects of the meal were superb. I’d highly recommend Fletcher’s.
Short rib was excellent! The warm butter cake was so delicious. A bit noisy tonight. Table next to us was so loud we couldn’t talk. We’ve dined here a number of times, and I don’t remember it being this loud, so it must’ve been a one time thing. We love this location on Main Street. It’s a straight shot from the transit center. The service was really fast and the wait staff very friendly. One of our favorites!
We went to Fletchers for dinner. The restaurant is small but very nice. There is a bar and a very nice lounge downstairs. The food was excellent. Between the four of us we had the Salmon, Halibut, Short Ribs and a Filet. All were very good. The service superb as well. We finished off with three deserts. The butter cake, the bread pudding and the mid pie. All were excellent. With a bottle of wine we spent under $300. Not bad for Park City.
We went to Fletcher's on the fourth night of our ski vacation, because we were tired of heavy dinners. Fletcher's provided a fun menu with the option of smaller plates, or larger entrees depending on how hungry you are. My entree was just what I was looking for-a small filet and green salad. It was very good and flavorful. My husband ordered the grilled cheese short rib sandwich, that he said was good but had little cheese. His wedge salad was made with bibb lettuce and was substantial. The cheddar biscuits, which it seems everyone orders, were tasty, light and flavorful. Our server was "ok"-he did his job but seemed overtired and dragging a bit. The wine had a HUGE markup, which put a damper on our experience. The bottle of Prisoner, for example, was about a 4 times markup. Not worth it to have a glass of wine there. They had a nice cocktail list, however. Ambience was nothing special, at least downstairs. I have to say the host was a delightful, warm guy who made sure everyone walking in the door was treated well. All in all, there are so many wonderful restaurants in Park City, so competition is tough. Fletcher's is a nice option if people in your party all have different tastes and desires.
It was so cold I kept my coat on throughout the meal. I noticed other guests did too. We asked for our food to be prepared very well done. We had to send back the steak because it was pink inside. Sent back the salmon because it was mushy. Steak came back burnt. You would have thought the Chef wouldn't ever allow that to leave his kitchen.
Salmon came back really flavorful. Our waiter never came back to check on our food for the second time. We probably won't go back.
It just didn’t live up to the hype
One of my fav's in PC. Love the vibe, service and fresh food as well as creative craft cocktails.
Great service. Great cocktails. Great food. One of our best meals at Park city!
Awesome New Years Eve dinner and DJ in lounge area downstairs! Thanks for a fun evening.
Great meal and street theater outside the window for New Year’s Eve. The Prix Fixe menu was well executed and there were vegetarian salads to choose from as well as a delicious vegetarian entree for the one person in our party who didn’t eat meat. We will be back.
I tried the short ribs and they were delicious. Others enjoyed the grilled cheese & short ribs, but the portions were small. The restaurant has the harsh white spotlights, which don't give the space a nice warm glow. It is also on the expensive side, but at least the food was better than some other restaurants that charge the same and offer much less tasty food.
Wedge was good. Flavor of mussels were masked by tomato sauce. Ribeye sliders were fine but not as great as expected. Fries were crispy and delicious after we put some salt on them. 20oz ribeye was cooked medium as requested but charred so badly that there was no fat left on the fatty piece of meat. All we could taste was the char. Unfortunate because we love 100% grass-fed and finished meat and we couldn’t taste the difference at all.
Server and wait staff were very pleasant and attentive with drinks and water refills.
Just a bit disappointed after seeing so many stellar reviews on yelp.
Food was very good. Nice selection. Seating is tight; tables too close.
We had a lovely Xmas Eve dinner. Our server Michelle was amazing!
The food was outstanding and it was perfect for our Christmas Eve dinner for a family of four w/ two picky teens :)
Joanna was awesome and we had a lovely meal. Steak was just a bit gamely and salmon was very sweet.
The food is just ok and therefor overpriced.
Very nice staff
Chef Scott made a lovely dinner / dining experience. thank you for the table side visit!
Surprisingly had OYSTERS on the appetizer menu!! Loved that!
Menu variety made everyone happy, even a picky eater!
Solid meal. Decent service. Not fancy. Enjoyed the halibut with Mediterranean ragout (would have preferred rice over mashed potatoes). Salmon was perfectly cooked but didn’t taste the peanut.
One of the best dining experiences I’ve had. I would highly recommend and do not miss the warm butter cake!
