   It was a great meal at a newly redesigned high end steakhouse. The food was excellent. But you could tell that after 3 months since opening, the staff was still running in circles at times. As compared to another Flemings this restaurant was bright and cherry. It looked happy and we had a great time. We will definitely go back soon.

   A wonderful evening made even more special by our server Sarah. Sarah was very welcoming when we sat down and her knowledge of menu allowed us to pick an excellent dinner. Our steaks were cooked to perfection and the Thai Green Beans Sarah recommended were great. Refreshing decor and overall the noise level for a room that size was medium. No issue hearing my husband across the table. I do wish that there were some standards about men’s dress. I am tired to seeing young men in a very nice restaurant wearing baseball caps. Very tacky.

   We each had: Social Hour – Time is Honey drink & Mr. Q also had a glass of Social Hour Wine. Q-tips say: We had a good dinner & the service was outstanding. We shared: CHOPPED WEDGE SALAD – bacon, Campari tomato, red onion, Danish blue cheese, balsamic glaze. Mrs. Q had: Carpaccio Mr. Q had: Social Hour Prime Sliders. We shared: Creme Brulee.

   We went for Mother’s day celebration we ordered Tomhawk steak which first came rare we ordered Medium Rare and requested thin sliced but wad thick sliced and full of fat ,it was was reheated and was not the same , paying over $100 for the steak if should be cooked and served as ordered , The dessert took over 35 minutes and coffee was served cold !! Over all for two people we spend $300 dollars and came out totally disappointed!!

   Today’s lunch was a first time at Fleming’s for us and we both came away having enjoyed an amazing and delicious lunch experience. From the greeting at the front door of two smiling young ladies to be wished a Happy Mother’s Day from each employee to a very attentive server (Mackenzie), each interaction was a very nice one. The restaurant is definitely interested in the details-from two delicious options of whipped butter with the homemade sour dough bread to chilled forks for your salad to individual burners for your butter. We enjoyed the 3 course brunch including filet and lobster. Billy started with the potato leek soup while I had the strawberry and fennel salad. (They offer fresh Parmesan and pepper) Our dessert was a lime tart and coffee. The restaurant was full and bright, even though it was raining outside. The kitchen is open and fun to watch all the activities . It was a wonderful experience and I’m so glad we were able to go and enjoy!

   The service was fantastic. Disappointed with the beer menu. A bit too expensive. Some were allowed in with shorts and flip flops.
