We arrived 10 minutes prior to our reservation on the coldest evening of the year, it took them 15 minutes to seat us at an 8 top for a party of 2. When we asked about a possible relocation, the hostess was snarky in her response. Not a great start but ok. We noticed the table was drafty with a constant flow direct cool air . It was so uncomfortable that my date was unable to remove her full length fur coat. Ordered a bottle from waitress and enjoyed while we browsed menu. Ordered entrees and sides about 7:20 p.m. about 7:45 requested another bread set up. “My apologies but there’s a wedding party”. OK, but why are tables seated after us being served? About 8:05, waitress came by to mention food was almost ready. We’ve finished our bottle which was intended to be shared with dinner. Around 8:20, the Manager was pouring at the table directly in front of us and as he was leaving, we flagged him down to request to speak w manager. “That’s me, how can I help?” Expressed our disappointment and asked for check. The restaurant is located in W Plano with many top quality competitors within a short distance. Flemings missed the mark on this evening by a wide margin for reasons yet unclear to us. We ended up at another fine steak house that was warm with immediate seating and exceptional food that was served within 10 minutes of being ordered. I’m sorry but it will be very difficult to return.9

I am new to Texas, so this was my first time dining at Fleming's Steakhouse. We had an excellent experience! The cocktails were delicious, and all four of us enjoyed our entrees. Two ordered steaks and two ordered chicken. Our waiter and the managers were very attentive. We even received a complimentary champagne toast, because I stated that we were celebrating two people's birthdays when I made our reservation. That was an unexpected and nice touch!

I love this restaurant. Gave low score for ambiance because it was freezing the whole time we were there. They explained that it was being worked on but still very uncomfortable to eat and be so cold, especially while spending top dollar.😨

We were extremely well taken care of for a wonderful Anniversary. I’m talking rose petals on the table, Designer Desserts, the whole 9 yards.

And I only made the reservation an hour beforehand!

No matter what location you dine at, Fleming's is consistently good. The sea bass/bone in ribeye/filet mignon were outstanding. The steaks were seasoned and cooked to perfection. The baked potato side was excellent but the Fleming's potatoes lacked flavor. The seafood tower was delicious but the shrimp weren't firm and the lobster felt soggy. The tuna/avocado was fabulous. The desserts were good but overpriced. Service was well timed and friendly. Charlie and Katie provided stellar service. Notwithstanding the hiccups re sides/appetizer, we would dine here again.

Awesome experience! We celebrated my wife’s birthday and she was greeted at the hostess desk with birthday wishes. We arrived at our table, with great view of the city street and the Christmas lights. Our server, Christopher was there when we needed him. He was also charming, knowledgeable, as well as personable. He had great recommendations. Soon after we were seated, one of the mangers, Scott, brought by a complimentary glass of champagne and wished my wife a happy birthday. And just after our meal arrived another manger, Paul dropped by to check that everything meet our satisfaction. At the end of the meal, Christopher made a point to invite us back.

Went to Fleming’s for Thanksgiving dinner and had a terrible experience. They could not cook a steak Medium, but went through 3 steaks trying. The other food we ordered did not come out hot, but lukewarm.

To the manager’s credit, they did take care of the bill in the end, but I expect more from a fine steakhouse, with expensive prices. This is not Saltgrass.

Flemings never lets us down! It’s our go to for special occasions.

I have to say I was a bit disappointed with this trip to Fleming's. On this occasion, the food was just okay. My steak was over cooked, the sides were unimpressive and the service was average.
Our seat was just outside the door to the kitchen which made for an increase in noise level as well as activity. If this had been it, I would have no complaints, but an overcooked steak and lack of attention during our meal made for just an "okay" experience. When one person at the table requests another drink, there wasn't another glance or review of the other diners to see if anyone else wanted something else. Perhaps my expectations were higher than it should have been, but it was a vast difference from my previous experiences at Fleming's.
I am thankful for the workers who worked on Thanksgiving, but it was obvious who did and did not want to be there. I will probably look elsewhere for next time as a result of this experience.

Flemones is whipping the competition by focusing on service! After learning that my girlfriend and I were celebrating dating for a year, champagne and a rose showed up at the table. The manager checked on us several times during the evening even offering to take some photos of us. This is so much better than being upsold ala carte items all evening. Highly suggest you check them out!

Celebrated boyfriends 50th birthday

Wonderful experience -- great food, great staff, great evening. Josh was an exemplary waiter. The congenial managers checked in on our meal and the entire staff was exceptional.

Anna was our server and she was fantastic! Amazing personality and service. The food was so great, and we can't wait to eat here again!

We went to celebrate our 12th year anniversary and was greeted with a nice card, rose petals on our table and a long stem rose. Then the manager brought us 2 glasses of champagne. We ordered the bone in ribeye which was cooked to perfection and the delicious sea bass. Their potatoes are amazing as well as their brussel sprouts. We ended the night with carrot cake since its always been my favorite and it was free. They definitely made our celebration special and I would definitely recommend others to go here to celebrate their special occasion.

Outstanding all around.

We went for a birthday celebration and everything was excellent. They set us in a room where it was quieter. They put a Happy Birthday card on the table and special decorations on our birthday desserts. Food and service were top notch the whole night.

Date night at Flemings is always a win! Filets are delicious, wine is wonderful and service is great.

My wife and came back a second time to sample Fleming’s Filets of Fall three course dinner with their accompanying Fall Uncorked Shades of Red. We had the their Filet with savory crab-stuffed shrimp with sticky date pudding for dessert. What made the dinner so special was the nice pairing of wines.

If you like California wines and you have heard of Wagner wines then you don’t want to miss this special. Joseph Wagner the youngest son of Chuck Wagner of Caymus Vineyards fame started Belle Glos. His pinot noirs are exceptional and Flemings has three of his pinots to taste; Boen, Taylor Lane, Balade, as well as a cabernet sauvignon Quit.

The staff there is very friendly and welcoming. Jake who is one of the managers and a knowledgeable sommelier and when it comes to Flemings large array of wines I am sure he can direct you to a most excellent wine. If you dine at the bar you may run into several fun personalities - Jane who also happens to be knowledgeable of wines - Haley - Caley - and Leo (also knows his wines). Since I like trying different wines I alway ask the team what pairs best with what I am eating - from starters, main course and of not to forget desert. The bar is a fun place to eat, chat and socialize. And before I forget - Scott who is another one of the managers has a great sense of humor - my wife and I alway have a quick chat when we visit the Plano Fleming’s. Suffice to say we have never had a bad experience here whether in their restaurant table or at the bar.

Experience was amazing as always. Our waiter went above and beyond to make our anniversary dinner a success. This is why each year we come back for our anniversary. Food was delicious, drinks were tasty, and dessert barely fit (but we ate it haha).

We had a wonderful evening at Fleming's Steakhouse. Charles was our server and he met and exceeded our expectations. The salmon was tasty and perfectly prepared. The onion rings were to die for! The chocolate butter cake was out of this world! We look forward to our next visit!

Our server, Josh, was personable, patient and professional. He paid attention to detail which was much appreciated. Food was excellent.

great food and service thank you, it is a must the next time in town

My wife and I sat at a high-top table in the bar. We ordered drinks which were well made and generous. We split a salad, grilled salmon, and grilled asparagus. The food was excellent. The chef split the orders in the kitchen, so we didn't have to divide it ourselves at the table. The portions were large. The seasoning was superb. The waitress was attentive, friendly, and checked on us twice during the meal. We will definitely return.
