Celebrating my nephews 21st birthday and the food and service were both excellent
Food was good. The server was good but everything came out very slowly. The whole meal took about 2 hours. We were seated outside which I wasn’t expecting because it was a hot day. There was some sort of children’s birthday party a couple tables away so it was also louder than I was expecting. Price was what I was expecting.
My husband and I had dinner here for our anniversary. I absolutely loved loved loved everything!!! Thank you Fleming’s for a wonderful experience.
Great food and cool ambiance made up for awful service.
We went to Fleming's and took advantage of their Dine LA menu. We hadn't been to Fleming's in a year (life gets busy). Our server (Jenny) remembered us from our visit a year ago and welcomed us warmly. I am not sure how she remembered us - including where we sat, etc., because at first glance we did not recognize her until she reminded us that she was our server the last time. The food was amazing - one of the most tender Filet Mignons I have had in a long time, cooked perfectly. We had a lovely time and Jenny was attentive, friendly and a great server. We made sure to mention her to the manager. We had such a great time that we are planning to go back soon and not wait a year!
The food and service were excellent. We really enjoyed our time there and went rushed through the meal.
One of the best steaks I have ever had. It is not too expensive considering its quality, and it's actually worth more than the price. I brought my parents there to buy them fancy dinner for the first time since I got my first check, and it was fantastic! They were super nice and made sure everything was fine for her. Also, please let them know if you came here to celebrate something special because they will give you little treats at the end!
Came here for the dine LA WEEK. Service was great and so was the lobster bisque but it went downhill from there. The filet mignon was very salty and keyline pie was just too sour!
Had an amazing time. Food was delicious and worth every dime will be returning soon.
We love Fleming's Steakhouse. The food is great, the service is exceptional and it's quiet enough to talk and have a conversation. Their attention to every detail is great.
Everything was quite good. The food, service and ambience were all well above average. One order was taken incorrectly (a baked potato was ordered but not served, but there was no charge), but this proved to be beneficial as there was enough food even without the dish.
Fleming’s cuisine is amazing and the service was great. However, we were seated next to a loud group of people. We got there when it opened, so it was empty except for a few booths. For some reason, they decided to seat people right next to each other on both sides even though there was plenty of space all around the restaurant. I’m not exactly sure why they did this. But one of the men sitting at the table knew one of the servers and kept yelling out to her random comments or greetings. It was annoying and killed our experience. If we were at Chucky Cheese, it wouldn’t be a problem but as a party of three, we spent $300, so the ambiance could have been better. Since it is my first time there, I’m not sure if this is the way it always is.
they have a sunday special for $49. great deal for 3 courses
The food is all very good. The timing lacks a little bit with the food coming out quickly and drinks/wine coming out slowly. Our servers were both super personable and attentive. A very delicious filet. We thought the lamb chops were a little underdone even for medium rare. Overall, really good dinner, a bit on the spendy side.
Excellent food and service...made my special occasion very special!
My first time to this location, it's every bit as good as every other Fleming's location. My filet was cooked to perfection, my companion's ahi was as well. Our servers were attentive but not overbearing, the restaurant itself is very well laid out, décor was modern upscale dinnerhouse.
Good food and great and friendly service. Also, the prices are quite reasonable at lunchtime. Keep up the good work!
Our server Lauren, was amazing. We were celebrating a birthday and were so impressed by being greeted with a birthday card on the table, and then a small box of truffles with a candle on top was delivered at the end of the meal. Lauren was amazing...the young man host upon arrival was also exceptional. I am sorry I did not get his name. Thank you for having valet park available out front.
It is always a treat to go to Fleming's...you never disappoint with you great food. But the Pasadena locaiton has staff who provide knock your socks off service. Best in class!
Great dinner out with family!
Food was delicious and service was great.
Steak was as expected for the price and setting. Sides were disappointing compared to the steak.
The food was amazing and the customer service was perfect
Really disappointed!!! Average food above average prices... I actually had to send my steak back twice!!! Might as well save a couple of hundred bucks and go to sizzler!!!
It was Father’s Day. Place was packed at 430 pm. Food was great when it finally arrived. Quite lengthy amount of time between appetizers and entrees— presumably due to kitchen backup. Very high noise level due to full house. Server was very gracious about the food delay— comped coffee & dessert. Tipped her handsomely.
Excellent service, food is great. Highly recommend the place.
always great food but portion seemed smaller than normal.
I’ve been to three different locations , downtown LA, Rancho and this one in Pasadena... All of them have great service. If I’d have to pick one that has the best ambiance and views on the inside, I’d have to say the Pasadena one. But all of them are great!
Great food. Good place to celebrate.
Great meal, great time
Friendly Staff from moment you call or walk in. Very noligable on food.
Always love coming here.
Good. Enjoyed our evening.
From the minute we walked in, even earlier than our reservation time and that wasn’t a problem, everything was just perfect. The service was engaging and so pleasant, and the food was amazing.
I went to Fleming's for my wedding anniversary and was hoping for a quiet, romantic dinner. As soon as we were seated, I knew this was not going to happen. All of the tables were out in the open and the noise level was pretty high. Because of the open layout, each table has to talk over the other tables. This is probably a great restaurant for groups but not a romantic dinner. The food and service was good but the atmosphere made it difficult to enjoy my time with my wife.
First time customers, we left well pleased. Friendly waiter, prompt service and careful detail to our requests. Pricey but did not leave hungry. Creamed spinach and calamari were excellent. A little on the noisy side.
Our server, Jonathan M., was fantastic. Very attentive, and he has an engaging smile as well.
We celebrated our son's high school graduation here, but really, it's a perfect place for any occasion. The outstanding food and service were great, but the special touches were especially nice. They included a special graduation menu, confetti on the table, and even left a congratulatory note!
We were celebrating two special occasions on our most recent visit to Fleming’s. The staff was lovely. We ended up having an additional guest, and there was no problem adding another person to our party. Our server was attentive and very patient as we asked lots of questions. The entire wait staff was very helpful. Everyone loved their meal and the gift of truffles for our special guests. Looking forward to returning soon.
Great service and food
One small complaint: too strong anchovies taste in Caesar salad
Great birthday dinner.
