Great service, good quality food and quiet enough to have a business lunch.
Family time with great food and service. Enjoyed the atmosphere and food. Perfect timing upon every serving. Food was made as requested. As always, great food.
The service was great. Everyone from the hostess to the waitress and bus staff were awesome. I was a little disappointed with the crab legs. The lobster was ok however the appetizer crab at Arroyo Chop House and was larger than your main course and I didn’t care for the butter sauce.
All in all my wife and I had a good dinner.
Hats off to the service we received!
All around, great experience
Celebrating our 39th Valentine's Day! Fleming's food, service and ambiance doesn't disappoint! Wonderful night to remember!
Excellent service by Jenny.
Food was cooked perfectly, especially the filet. The lamb chops were excellent.
Very busy location
We went to Fleming’s to celebrate our wedding anniversary the service that we received was fantastic! Our waitstaff was excellent very attentive! The restaurant was beautiful and when we arrived at our table it was decorated with an anniversary card! I would recommend Fleming’s!
It was a milestone birthday and I wanted to celebrate somewhere special with beef. Service was excellent without being over attentive or intrusive. Food was delicious but a bit expensive.
Waiter Cris was excellent.
Awesome service. Loved our server. Been going to, Fleming's for years
The restaurant was very accommodating and services was impeccable. I would prefer Flemings over Mortons.
Our server, Nate was very nice, knowledge about the menu including the wine menu. He's made some very good suggestions. It was to celebrate my daughter's birthday. They've prepared a little gift and birthday card which were very thoughtful. We enjoyed the dinner very much. Thank you.
Perfect place for groups that want to enjoy a nice dinner or fine dining experience
I’m so happy that we were able to celebrate our anniversary at Fleming’s Pasadena. Lauren, our server, went above and beyond to make our experience special and unforgettable. Thank you for your service 🙏🏼
It was wonderful!!!! Server Becky made my family feel really welcomed!! Loved it!!
It was a great experience and the server was very attentive.
We celebrated my sons birthday. They both like their steaks so we came. I had the Chilean sea bass and it was good. They had no complaints about their ribeye’s.
Steak and salmon seasonings were flavorful. Salad portions were plentiful. Loved the rounded booth. They gave a special treat to the retiree honoree, which made the lunch even more special!
California bowl .... thumbs down
Creamy lobster bisque tasty and creamy
Service was great food was delicious!!
The Sunday Table (3 course menu) is most definitely worth the price. Tonight's meal was Petite Filet Mignon, Lobster tail with Fleming's salad and choice of Carrot Cake or Key Lime pie.
The whole dining experience was very personalized. The service was superb and of course the food were cooked to perfection.
We went for my step dad’s birthday lunch. Everything was great! Plus it was DineLA week, even better!
Jacob, our server was very pleasant, talked about menu availability and made recommendations for both food and wine. He gave us room to be, to converse and enjoy the food and wine! No rushing us, but Jacob was attentive and so was the support staff. The restaurant manager stopped by to greet us at our table, she thanked us for our patronage and offered herself to any questions we may have in the future. This was our second visit to Flemmings - Pasadena, we will continue to enjoy coming here.
The food was excellent. My husband has the ribeye and I had the filet with shrimp on top. Our waiter his name was Thomas, by far the best service we’ve had in a long time. We will definitely be going back to this location.
We have been eating at Fleming's Steakhouse off and on over the past several years. While we haven't been there for about 4 or 5 months, things have really changed. The steak was still excellent, but that's about it. We asked our server if the sensational crisp, sliver-thin fries were still available, but not on the menu. She said they were much to our delight. But they were NOT what we expected. They were NOT crisp NOR sliver-thin. We also asked about our favorite dessert, Carrot Cake. Yup. Still available. Again, NOT what we had previously enjoyed.
I know there is a different chef with his own take on the menu. We were NOT impressed, and probably won't return.
It's okay, I dont recomend the tomahawk unless you have time lots of time.
It pains me to write this review, however I have to be honest. This was the third time that we dined at this particular Fleming’s and it will be our last. We were heat for my daughter’s birthday, and once again we left dissatisfied. We thought the other dining experiences here were flukes, but they weren’t.
Pros: The food is GREAT. In fact, I would likely continue to order Postmates from this location, but I will not dine in.
Cons: On 3 consecutive occasions, the wait time for the food was HORRENDOUS. I think their kitchen is too small for the number of patrons and complexity of the meals. On every occasion, even the waiter and waitress were obviously annoyed at how long the kitchen takes to prepare the meals. No exaggeration at all, there was a line of waiters waiting at the kitchen entry for their orders. In each occasion, the manager was kind enough to go to each table and apologize, but it isn’t enough. They should consider renovating the kitchen and expanding it. I have dined at other Flemings restaurants in LA and the experience is very different. This is a problem at this particular location.
We always go to Flemings Pasadena for our New Year's Eve dinner.
Food, service is great. I love this place.
The only set back was going home to Los Angeles, it takes longer because roads are closed in Pasadena because of the Rose Parade the following day.
Dinner for 2 took about 2.5 hours. While it was a holiday and a busy night, the service was very slow. Food was good quality but there were also several mistakes with our order. It took a little over an hour for our meal to come out from ordering. The manager did come by towards the end and apologized for the mistake with our dessert but not for the long delays etc and did not offer to comp the dessert or a drink or something. We sat at a table towards the front, got a cold draft every time the door opened.
A nice place but would not recommend for a busy night or holiday.
We had an amazing experience. The service at this restaurant, especially for New Years Eve, was perfect. We always love Fleming’s, this one went above and beyond to make our meal enjoyable!
Our waiter, Tom was/is incredible. A trained sommelier, that understood out taste in wine and entree's. I have been several times to the Pasadena location, but will make sure we can get Tom with future reservations. Food was cooked perfect, appropriate temperature, with great presentation.
We so appreciated your attention to our Anniversary luncheon with complimentary truffles at the end! The food was delicious and the ambience so relaxed, yet elegant that we are looking forward to returning to enjoy the bar area. The server did not pay attention to serving the lady with the club soda first and she waiting to the appetizer course to get her (simple, yet needed) drink. He was more involved with opening a bottle of wine for the rest of the party.
The service and food were excellent as always
Service was outstanding Josh, the manager, served us champagne on the house as we waited for a table! Filet minion was the best we have ever tasted!! And the lobster Mac n cheese is to die for!!
Disappointed. We’ve been to Fleming’s numerous times. This experience was disappointing. The service was below average, especially during the time that we went. We had an early dinner, so the place was quite empty. Our tomahawk was a fail. It came out beyond CHARRED. It was burnt. We couldn’t send it back, because we were short on time. Our brussel sprouts didn’t taste as good as we have had them many times before. The brussel sprouts were overcooked and soggy, and there was very little bacon. The cheesecake that we ordered was edible. Overall, this experience at this Fleming’s was truly a disappointment.
