Great food and service. Food came out perfect timing. Desert lava cake was delicious!
Another fantastic experience. From the wait staff, who were exemplary, to the meal itself, it was flawless!
Thank you for the great value and service!!! Excellent food.
The food was delicious and the service was very attentive
Thank you for making my Mom's birthday dinner celebration special!
We chose to sit at the bar rather then the table. Bartender was fabulous, attentive but not pushy.. totally enjoyed the evening...
bleu cheese olives were the best... never stop providing them.....
The food was incredible and the service was even better. They were extremely busy due to The Rolling Stones concert but, they acted relaxed and mellow so as not to rush the dining experience. I highly recommend this restaurant. Sandy
The food was delicious and the service extraordinary!
Had an amazing birthday dinner. Service by Sarah was outstanding! Attention to detail by Maria was great! Food and service is always fabulous and consistent.
I been have here before and I had a great time but last time things were different.
In the past, the service was very impressive but this time it was weak. We went a while back with a party of 8 and the service was great and all of my family and friends thought this place is super special.
But this time things were different.
We love the bread but wasn't offered any until I waved for the waiter to come by.
They gave us four pieces when we had a party of 5. I thought about asking for more
because we were starving but our waiter was long gone.
All of the food was good as usual and our waiter was nice and did the best he could but
we all felt he was busy with many other tables.
The food and service was excellent! Our server was very attentive and friendly- Avery, I think?- and a past server recognized me and went out of her way to compliment my new hair. Sarah- you're the best! 👍🏻
We had high expectations for dinner for 4, because I had had a nice lunch experience several months before. But from the start, our server was really off. We all sensed it. He was not hearing our questions properly, he was bordering on snotty at times, he gave us incorrect information about the wine, and when the dessert was improperly described in the menu and we pointed it out, he was defensive and dismissive. To top it off, he came to the table at the end and, seemingly on purpose, invited us to leave if we were finished ordering. It was bizarre. To pay more than $300 for 4 people and to be treated the way he treated us is unacceptable. Early on, the manager came by to ask how everything was, and we should have said something, but we were too polite at the time. But when he made his final invitation for us to leave, I wish I had had another chance to speak to her about what a poor representative he is, leave alone the terrible service he gave us. I rarely give such a negative review, but his terrible job demanded a comment from me.
In this price range, someone can find better options to dine!
We were seated near the entrance, so there was quite a bit of traffic. However, when the hostess found out we were celebrating an anniversary, she decorated our table and placed a congratulatory card on it before we were seated. All the employees wished us congratulations, and we were presented with a small box of chocolates to take home with us. Pricey, but the food was wonderful. The 3-course Flavors of Summer were both good. The "chocolate trifle" was not what we expected, but decadently lovely.
Food was good and service was excellent. However, the main dining room is very noisy. If you’re looking for a quiet dining experience I would sit in the bar or outside. I prefer a quiet dining experience myself.
Great birthday dinner
Great place! You can’t go wrong. Great place.
For what I paid, I would prefer the Arroyo Chop House next time!! You pay for prime but you get Select!!! Waiter was cool but food was just okay! It seemed like they served us Albertsons steaks, as well as their lava cake!! Food taste more like bar food!!!
Excellent, as always!
It was a wonderful time and they did a good job taking care of my mother-in-law’s birthday we were celebrating
excellent Sunday special food, elegant atmophere, fine waitress, fine location
only problem: no valet parking much of the time despite the ad
These guys always deliver. Outstanding service. Great atmosphere and terrific food.
This restaurant is a treat! The service is very nice and the food is AMAZING! Bring your appetite or be open to sharing food, there are so much wonderful choices on the menu! They make every meal feel special, the staff goes out of their way to please..... this is a "don't miss" restaurant...
The steaks were excellent but the creamed spinach was very spicy. Service was spotty. I had to ask for more water. Service did not match the food or ambiance. The desserts were excellent. Overall, a great value for DineLA!!
Friendly, professional staff and perfectly prepared food AND Dinel.a. Menu made this a wonderful experience. I would definitely recommend to anyone who appreciates a fine dining experience.
Horrible will not go bacn
It was our first time and really enjoyed it! It's better than some other local high-end steakhouse. We will be back.
We had the very best service as we celebrated new job promotions! The food, ambiance and overall time spent at dinner was superior! Well done Fleming’s Pasadena!!
Celebrating my nephews 21st birthday and the food and service were both excellent
Food was good. The server was good but everything came out very slowly. The whole meal took about 2 hours. We were seated outside which I wasn’t expecting because it was a hot day. There was some sort of children’s birthday party a couple tables away so it was also louder than I was expecting. Price was what I was expecting.
My husband and I had dinner here for our anniversary. I absolutely loved loved loved everything!!! Thank you Fleming’s for a wonderful experience.
We went to Fleming's and took advantage of their Dine LA menu. We hadn't been to Fleming's in a year (life gets busy). Our server (Jenny) remembered us from our visit a year ago and welcomed us warmly. I am not sure how she remembered us - including where we sat, etc., because at first glance we did not recognize her until she reminded us that she was our server the last time. The food was amazing - one of the most tender Filet Mignons I have had in a long time, cooked perfectly. We had a lovely time and Jenny was attentive, friendly and a great server. We made sure to mention her to the manager. We had such a great time that we are planning to go back soon and not wait a year!
Great food and cool ambiance made up for awful service.
The food and service were excellent. We really enjoyed our time there and went rushed through the meal.
One of the best steaks I have ever had. It is not too expensive considering its quality, and it's actually worth more than the price. I brought my parents there to buy them fancy dinner for the first time since I got my first check, and it was fantastic! They were super nice and made sure everything was fine for her. Also, please let them know if you came here to celebrate something special because they will give you little treats at the end!
Came here for the dine LA WEEK. Service was great and so was the lobster bisque but it went downhill from there. The filet mignon was very salty and keyline pie was just too sour!
Had an amazing time. Food was delicious and worth every dime will be returning soon.
We love Fleming's Steakhouse. The food is great, the service is exceptional and it's quiet enough to talk and have a conversation. Their attention to every detail is great.
Everything was quite good. The food, service and ambience were all well above average. One order was taken incorrectly (a baked potato was ordered but not served, but there was no charge), but this proved to be beneficial as there was enough food even without the dish.
Fleming’s cuisine is amazing and the service was great. However, we were seated next to a loud group of people. We got there when it opened, so it was empty except for a few booths. For some reason, they decided to seat people right next to each other on both sides even though there was plenty of space all around the restaurant. I’m not exactly sure why they did this. But one of the men sitting at the table knew one of the servers and kept yelling out to her random comments or greetings. It was annoying and killed our experience. If we were at Chucky Cheese, it wouldn’t be a problem but as a party of three, we spent $300, so the ambiance could have been better. Since it is my first time there, I’m not sure if this is the way it always is.
