   2 of 3 steaks were great. One was awfully prepared. Medium rare ribeye generally means the entire piece of steak is medium rare. Not the average where one side is medium well and the other is sushi grade. Explained issue to the waitress and was offered free dessert, which we did not want. Manager, Steve, came to apologize, ask us where we are from…and offer no discount or gift certificate. Guess we will stick with Park Steakhouse, Prime 103 and Roots in the future.

   The food was very good and service was good. It was the nice that service was not laced due to it being Mother’s Day

   Fleming's does not disappoint on Mother's Day! We had a delicious early dinner and my family was thrilled with the menu and décor of the new Fleming's in Montvale! We were thankful that multiple levels of management came by to check on us and my waiter Matt actually asked for my valet parking ticket so he could help get my car even faster while we were paying the bill. I have never seen that level of service. I can't wait to return!

   Very expensive … asparagus not great. Fleming potato’s very peppery couldn’t eat them. Steak great cooked to perfection. They can keep their side dishes not worth the money .

   It’s always a lovely experience with some of the best service and well-trained staff in the entire area. Food is always delicious. Steak was cooked properly. My only complaint is that the seafood louis platter we ordered had barely any seafood on it and was not quite a great value.

   We had a great dinner. Food was great and service was phenomenal. Our server, Swee, was excellent. The ambiance was very nice.

   My hopes were high as we entered the very attractive venue, complete with a great looking bar and a live piano music. We seated immediately but the whole experience suffered from that point forward. Except the Japanese steaks, the menu was pretty standard fare but with NY prices. Unfortunately, neither the service nor the quality of food met with what expects in a pricey restaurant. The 'crispy' Brussel sprouts weren't and I had to send my undercooked filet mignon back to the kitchen. A (very) small scotch cost $20, a Creme Brulé was $17, the same price as an American cup of coffee! Given that the total check for dinner for two was $300, it was, overall, a rather disappointing experience.

   Such a nice new restaurant. Really pretty, with a great vibe. Waiter was great. Food (we had steak) was great.

    Our waitress Emily was excellent during our dinner. Overall it was a very good experience. Although pricey. One of our menus had food it in from a previous dinner. Dinner was delicious and the Caesar salad was outstanding. Although there could have been more of a selection as far as sides went. We ordered fruit with cream for dessert which was a huge disappointment. We were given a small box of truffles because we were celebrating our Anniversary, that was a nice touch.
