    Food is delicious!! Gnocchi side is amazing. Saxophone player adds a touch if elegance and was most enjoyable. Pricey for NJ suburbs but good steak is not cheap.

    Second time dining here. Everything was perfect. 8 guest celebrating birthdays and an anniversary. Service was efficient, professional and very attentive. Seafood tower had the freshest seafood and the steaks were perfect and cooked properly to order. So nice to have Flemings closer to us so we don’t have to go to Weehawken.

    Not sure where I should start. The restaurant is worth a trip however, they need to figure out the staff and figure out who's doing what because the waiters were all in different areas and not assigned a section as they should. Waiting tables across the room and beyond. They also were wiping utensils in the kitchen when they should be paying attention to their tables and customers. Waiters should not be doing that and making tables. I think they need to figure out what goes on and who really should pay attention to their customers. All the managers were bringing food out and taking orders behind us. Just odd. I don't know if they were short staff but it's a little distracting for an upscale restaurant watching this all. Overall they need help making mashed potatoes because they were so thick and hard. The steak was great as well as the caesar salad! Would I go back. Not sure maybe to sit at the bar and eat.

    We ordered the Wagyu A5 as an appetizer and that was excellent. Unfortunately, the steaks we ordered for our entrees were average at best. The dry-aged ribeye was tough and tasteless. The strip steak was better, but not great. The lobster tail was grilled, not steamed, and not served with butter which probably would have made it better, but it was nowhere near as good as at other steakhouses. The side dishes were good - corn brûlée and mashed potatoes. The desserts were just okay - the lava cake was much better than the brownie. Even though the restaurant is beautiful and the service was good, I will not be rushing back to Flemings. It was disappointing.

    General Manager, Tom & Restaurant Manager, Bill K. are true gentlemen & the consummate service professionals. They pay attention to every detail and anticipate therefore exceeding our expectations. Our waiter, Angel, further enhanced our experience and ensured my family was beyond happy during my wife’s birthday celebration dinner. The Tomahawk Ribeye and Filet Mignons were flavorfully exquisite and cooked to perfection. Our side dishes of mashed potatoes, brussel sprouts, & corn crumbele complemented our entrees beautifully. By the way, our signature craft cocktails and mocktails were also delicious. We highly recommend the new modern Flemings in Montvale, NJ for a special memorable evening. Cheers!

    Cocktail seemed to have no liquor. They did make another one. Asked for tap water. Got a $9.00 bottle of still water. Steak was good but no better than I can make at home. Can only get porterhouse on Tuesdays? Dessert menu was uninspired. Lava cake? What is this? Chili's? Place was pretty.
