    Great evening and the private room for our small group was perfect. One problem though, after bringing the food? The serves did not come back to check if all was good. We needed salt for the baked potatoes, but alas, did not come back for 20-25 minutes. I could have gotten up and gone outside the our room to find be our waiter but it wasn't convenient. Other than that, all was delish!

    Avoid this restaurant. Fleming's used to be an excellent option for dinner. I really hope that this restaurant is not indicative of the entire chain, because that would be a shame. If I could rate a Zero, I would. The name of our server, remains a mystery. She never introduced herself to us, visited infrequently, did not fulfill the orders and was, in general, not very personable. We were her only table but most of the service came from the support staff. The staff who kept our glasses full, delivered food, cleared the table, they were OK. She repeatedly said "hand me that" when she was trying to clear a glass. Awful. I could go on... But, it wasn't just her. When i ordered my bisque, i asked for an additional shot if sherry, to add to the bisque. I didn't come, I waited for her to come back, she did not, I went to the bar, nobody there. 5-7 minutes...no bartender. This restaurant is clearly not being managed properly and i suspect will be closing soon. Good riddance. I just hope the rest of the chain is still holding to higher standards.

    Went to Fleming's for my birthday dinner and it was fantastic. We were greeted at the check-in with a Happy Birthday and from then on it was a great experience. Steaks are second to none and we loved the Burrata appetizer as well. Highly recommend when you're looking for a quieter atmosphere and great steaks/service.

    Food was very good but service was lacking. Too slow to take our orders and too slow in between I don’t believe the waiter introduced himself either.
