We ordered the dry aged rib-eyed steaks. They were very good, well seared and flavorful. One was a standard butter topping and the other was a bernaise butter. I was expecting the bernaise one to be more herbaceous but I didn't notice it too much. My son ordered the sea bass but he thought the miso marinade was too salty. The service was excellent even though they were very busy on a Saturday night.

Soup served before cocktails delivered. I ordered a daquiri … waiter asked if I wanted it up or on the rocks. I ordered it up. He delivered it on the rocks. Soup was Great! Steak was a B plus … rib-eye very tender and beefie! But , it lacked a good crust. Baked potato was delicious. Asparagus were beautiful, thick spears, cooked all the way through and not over cooked. But, they should have been peeled (thick asparagus need to be peeled). The crowns were very tender, but the rest were tough and chewy. The chocolate gooey butter cake, was dense … not what I would call a butter cake. Overall, very disappointing given the cost of the meal.

Had a great experience with Justin. He was remarkable! The steak was perfectly cooked and the Flemings Potatoes were out of this world. The beer was cold and it bears repeating that Justin was amazing.

If i could give six stars for service I would in a heartbeat. Our waiter, Isaiah, was super friendly and helpful and totally knowledgeable of the menu, as well as having the patience of a saint with our two and three year olds. It was my wife and daughters birthday dinner and they went out of their way to make them feel special with personalized birthday cards and take home chocolate truffles. Oh yeah…the food! Amazing. Perfection personified with the ribeye, the mushrooms and baked potato. A+++

The steak was very fatty. The salmon dish was perfect, however. The Caesar salad and baked potato easily accommodated two. We enjoyed the fresh fruit for dessert with excellent coffee. Oh, and the blueberry lemon drop was very nice.

Food did not meet the Flemings standard. I always order the larger filet to ensure a better cut vs the small (usually closer to an end cut) even though I only eat about half. The filet was tough and over cooked for medium. I can honestly say the filet tasted like a choice cut at best. I had maybe 4 bites and let the rest without complaining. (What is shown in the picture is what I left on my plate.) The peppercorn and Demi glaze were too salty. The Flemings potatoes were dry. We will not be back to this location based on this experience.

You don’t get what you pay for. Firstly, they seated us and our kids in the bar area (we had a reservation), when I asked for another table, I was told it would take another 20 minutes. We sucked it up out of hunger and ordered the tomahawk for $110, Brussels sprouts and mashed potato. Kids got the kids meal with the filet. We all eat our steak medium rare. The tomahawk was too rare, very fatty and chewy. For that price I expected more. It was also Under seasoned served sliced, we had to ask for salt. Kids steaks were over cooked and were dry and under seasoned. The sprouts had too much vinegar and the mashed potatoes were like glue. Really disappointing. On the positive, the wine was good (although very overpriced) and our waiter was helpful and lovely. This was our first and last time eating at this restaurant. Would not recommend. Stick with Ruth’s Chris or The Capital Grille. The quality of food is so much better for similar prices.
