The food was amazing! One of our favorite spots!
Awesome menu. Unlike any other dining experience in Brevard County.
Amazing food. Great wine. The air inside the restaurant was kind of hazy so maybe need better ventilation? Great place to go
A bit hazy because smoke from the kitchen spills into the dining area. Music was a bit loud and not necessarily my taste but not too bad. Food and service was great.
LOVED this place. Love the chef! Love the menu - very ecclectic and interesting
Great service. will be back. Wish we could eat here every night
Flavour Kitchen is always a treat!
The specials are always original and fresh. Chef Jason has a wonderful flair for taking traditional dishes and making them his own. I highly recommend FK for dinner and brunch.
This is the Best Restaurant in Cocoa Beach. Chef Jason and his Staff work hard to make sure every Diner enjoys their experience at Flavour. Five Stars, Highly Recommend for a special occasion or if you're looking for a wonderful Brunch on Sunday. Trust me it will be one of the best meals you've ever hard. Susie R.
It was a bit Smokey inside from the kitchen which is open to the dining room, but it didn’t take away from the ambience. It was a cozy place. Something we really like is a small menu where the chef highlights really creative dishes - and you’ll find it here. Food, service, wine list .... everything was great.
Amazing options for vegetarians. Beautiful atmosphere. Would highly recommend. Can't wait to go back
This is a restaurant that prepares every plate individually by the chef. The kitchen is open so you can see him. This guys food preparation and plating is off the charts. Every dish is thoughtfully crafted. Even his salads make you say wow! My wife and I each ate two thirds of our plates and traded, then argues all the way home as to which plate was better. The food is pricey, but we'll worth it. Cocoa Beach is lucky to have such a talented chef.
Chef Jason is inventive and so far hasn’t missed during the two times I have been to the restaurant.
The restaurant has a great, friendly vibe. I can see being a regular.
Excellent as always! We always look forward to Sunday Brunch. Deeeelicious!
The food was absolutely excellent, and the chef makes it entertaining from wherever you are in the restaurant. Recommend to everyone!
Great, great, great! We ordered a bunch of small plates and each of them were so delicious. I live out of state and i will absolutely be back for more, as well as recommend this place to others!!!
Great restaurant in cocoa beach. We especially love the brunch on Sundays. Delicious meals, bottomless mimosas and the staff are genuine and friendly.
I love this restaurant and have been many times, but this was my boyfriend’s first. My only complaint is that my boyfriend was publicly scolded for requesting salt and pepper upon receiving our salads. Simply because he normally puts salt and pepper on his salad. The chef shouts from the kitchen, taste it bc I properly season my food. Ok, truth be told he didn’t need to salt but I would have preferred not being called out in front of the whole restaurant. I completely understand the chefs thought process, just wish it could have been handled differently.
Great service and nice atmosphere..The best onion soup and New York Strip steak I ever had. You can tell the Chef really puts extra care and thought into each dish that is created. I highly recommend and will definitely be going back!
A wonderful place to eat in Cocoa Beach. Great flavor and different foods than most restaurants. Chef owned and we will frequent when in town.
Every time I go to Flavour the food and ambiance are amazing. We had the tomohawk steak and it was delicious. It is not always available so I would recommend to anyone when they see it to reserve.
Beef Wellington was perfect! Chef Jason's dishes are always creative and delicious. The Truffle fries are totally addicting!!!
Everything was good.. The food , setvice and environment was impeccable
Great intimate atmosphere. Food, service, and ambiance, downtown Cocoa Beach! Dinner menu is full of “Flavor” - I had the seared tuna and my husband had the braised short ribs. Both were excellent! We have also been to Flavor for Sunday brunch which is my favorite!
Overall I highly recommend. We went for our anniversary, with that being said I always like our date nights to be quiet and intimate. The music for me was louder then I would have preferred but not so loud you could not have a conversation. The restaurant is small and with Covid there is very limited seating, which is what I was wanting but if it were a normal night I think it would have been overkill. I also was presuming it would be less casual but being beachside everything can turn into casual. Again that’s not a negative just not what I was expecting. The staff was amazing, we had reservations and walked right in and was greeted with a cute “happy anniversary” sign. The food was very well presented and the flavoring was phenomenal. Yes we ordered a lot, which the chef questioned, but I love leftovers. I will note it is warmer inside. And I loved that the chef came out to greet his patrons as well.
Had the special... Crab and shrmip ravioli with a lobster sherry sauce. Amazing! Also had a meat & cheese board starter. So good.
Fantastic food!! Must check it out if you are in town.
We have been to Flavour many times both for dinner and brunch. This place never disappoints! Chef Jason is phenomenal and the food is always amazing. He is very personable and the ambiance is always excellent. Flavour is my favorite restaurant in Cocoa Beach!
What a wonderful experience at a quaint restaurant in downtown Cocoa Beach! The every day menu is amazing but you probably won’t get to try anything from it because the daily special will lure you in, especially on the weekend. Go on Monday, Wednesday, or Thursday before 6 and get a half price bottle of wine. If you’re going after 6, especially on the weekend, be sure to reserve a table. Ask if the chefs table is available and sit with the chef!
One of our favorites for brunch, dinner, special occasions and just because. Chef Jason is fabulously creative..and a quintessential New Yorker; the staff is delightful. Both the menu and the preparation show Flavour's meticulous attention to detail absent any pretention. Don't be tempted to skip over menu items that seem less exciting: grilled artichokes, hush puppies, blue cheese fries or the house made bacon. But don't miss the Da Bone onion soup special (repleat with a charred marrow bone) the paella, or any of the weekly specials. This is Cocoa Beach. You won't find a table cloth, whispering servers using too many adjectives or a dress code. But don't show up chewing gum. Check the website or Facebook page for Jason's Tuesday video for a preview of what to expect.
Sat at Chefs table tonight... amazing experience!
Awesome food! Great date night atmosphere. Staff is so very friendly. Our new favorite local spot.
This is the type of restaurant that you dream would be in your town. Great food, great service and a very personable chef who interacts with his guests. Specials are always amazing! If you’re lucky enough to eat here, your lucky enough.
Excellent combo of flavors and presentation was spot-on.
Not all staff was following mask protocols
Chef Jason is the best. If you get a chance to sit at the chef’s table book it it’s a whole new experience!!!! It was good we went ahead and booked dinner for the next night.
As always, the food was good, but I was very disappointed that the staff was not wearing masks. The tables were spaced out and the staff sanitized their hands often, but the lack of mask use was concerning.
We sat at the chef's counter and were able to interact with Chef/owner Jason our whole visit. Great meal, great specials, even an amazing selection of house-made desserts for such a small place. I had Jason's crispy fried whole red snapper. Simply the best I have ever had. My wife had the cod special. Both sides were unique and delicious. We regretted that it took us so long to discover this gem in Cocoa Beach. Plus we were there for happy hour bottle wine special; half-price bottles.
Flavor kitchen never disappoints for a great meal and great service. Interesting, fresh, creative and delicious food every time.
Excellent food! We went there on Friday for dinner and enjoyed it so much that we went again on Sunday for brunch. The chef/owner loves to come chat with you and is very open and approachable. Everyone is very relaxed and seems to genuinely enjoy their job. We will definitely be eating here again when we’re in the area! Highly recommend!
Sunday Brunch is a good value, especially with the unlimited mimosas
Wonderful first time experience. Restaurant was loud but food and service was well worth it.
Excellent service and delicious food!
