Food was great as was my company but the service was sub par. No one looked like they were enjoying themselves, I had to ask two different wait staff for refills and for our dessert. Shouldn’t take 10 min to get ice cream. Got checked on once by our waiter. I know it’s not fine dining but some attention would be nice.

Very understaffed and disorganized. Though the wait staff apologized, and were very sweet, it was still tough. Kids make your own pizzas took 45 minutes and the adults took 1 hour to get food on the table. We were over charged on 2 items ( it was corrected) and 2 couples split the tab, but one card was charged for the entire meal. Again, it had to be corrected.

We had a family meal there that included 3 generations. I couldn't have been happier with the outcome--table for 8, great beer, great pizzas and salad and special attention paid to an 11 year old grandson with celiac. The waitstaff was very attentive to be sure his GF pizza was fixed and cooked uncontaminated. Thank you!

I made my reservation online using Opentable. I arrived 15 minutes early and the host, who could barely speak loud enough for me to hear, (and not because of noise level) was going to seat my party of 4 until I told him I had made reservations online. He then said I had to wait until my reservation time. While people just walking in were being seated ahead of us, I sat there watching the clock go well past our scheduled time. I Finally had to get up and ask and then he sat us outside, which seemed to irritate the gal who was taking us to our table. Like he wasn't supposed to let us sit out there (even though I requested it) We then had a training session happening with our waiter and a newbie, not sure which was new and which was the experienced one. They were both awful as they never checked on us and took forever to bring us a bill. I have ate there before, as well as in Boise, and have enjoyed it. I have only left a couple reviews in my lifetime, only when I truly feel the need to draw attention to management of poor service. This is one of those times.

The service was great as was the food. However, I am disappointed that I did not earn points for this reservation. Why???? We were on time and our entire party was present. This seems to be contrary to the benefits of using Open Table reservations.

Having been to Flatbread in Boise we knew what to expect and were not disappointed. The food is always yummy, our server, big full red beard, was amazing. The venue is clean, trendy, located in the Old Mill district with many offerings at reasonable prices. We loved our evening with our friends from Vancouver WA. REQUEST: please open one in Vancouver. For a fun time, great food, the fig balsamic glaze is melt in your mouth wonderful, go to Flat Bread in Bend it Boise and maybe Vancouver WA ???

Nice restaurant for a variety of pizzas, flatbread, pasta, etc. Fun to watch the pizza going into the oven. Love the outside seating options for warm weather days. Good selection of beer, wine, and cocktails too.

Great thin crust pizza, though the crust could have been a little less soggy. Friendly service, but food was slow in coming out of the kitchen. Very busy Friday evening!

Order took too long to fill - nearly 40 min. Salads should have been brought out first. Plates were too small to eat anything on.

Undercooked pizza--NOT thin or crispy. Loud, too many kids--I know, we all have them.... Hostess was young and clueless--many people walked out while waiting to talk to hostess! Friendly, helpful waitstaff.

We visited on a recent Saturday night with our 2 and 3 year old kids. I was THRILLED to find out I could make a reservation. No more waiting for a table! Their build your own pizza model for kids is great - kills a bunch of time and keeps the kids happy. Would have been nice to have gotten some paper and crayons which we got at a recent lunch time visit.

Loses one star because the pizza was pretty charred on the bottom this visit. And also because I feel like it's so expensive. The tab was over $50 for a salad, two kids meals, one pizza and one beer.

On the expensive side, charging very high prices for beverages that cost a fraction of the cost at a neighboring location.

Food is great!!! Server at the bar was AMAZING!!!

We made online reservations a few days in advance, arrived about 5 minutes early; open tables all over the place but we were some how going to have to wait 20 minutes for a table???? So, we took a table in the bar and received amazing service from the bartender, but can't say the same about the other service staff. We couldn't get a table?? It made zero sense that the hostess said we couldn't have a table and this has occurred other times we have been there. Very slow on the service as well, minimal people were in the restaurant and some how took over an hour to get our food.

Advice: Sit in the bar, great waitress, incredibly nice lady, and apologized for the very slow process in the kitchen. She saved our experience, otherwise we would never return.

Phoned in reservation but was denied since they closed reservations before 2pm on Valentines Day. Jumped on open table app which to my surprise I was given many reservation times to pick. My baby girl was celebrating her 15th birthday since she's s valentines day baby and Flatbread was her choice for her celebration. Big thank you to open table for getting my reservation for our big celebration.
