A bit messy compared to the other locations (Yorktown, Chicago, etc). Good value still but not as well run as it’s counterparts. Service was slow & not too attentive. Food took a lot longer to get to our table. I like the chain but not too fond of this location. Probably won’t be back when I come back to the area.

This was my first visit to Flat Top Grill. Food was very good. Could have had a better explanation of how the process works but I would eat here again when I am in Normal.

This has been my favorite restaurant for years. I’ll never stray from my beloved Flat Top. I’ve eaten at the one in Peoria Il too and nah, this one is better. 😊

Over priced. Changed too many sauces I was use to as well as being able to add the meat myself. The biggest complaint was out of brown rice. I wait 20 mins for them to make it and it was wet and mushy. The manager did give me a free bowl for the inconvenience but it still doesn’t change anything.

We've visited this location several times over the years & previously, the experience was enjoyable. This time, it appeared they may be understaffed. Cleanliness of floors, tables, and restrooms was below acceptable. Our visit was on an early Saturday evening, hardly an occasion for scheduling minimal staff. My wife had a chicken bone in her bowl. Our server and the manager responded very graciously. The incident, though not impossible, does seem more "telling" when taken with the overall noticeable lack of cleanliness.
