Good food. Nice atmosphere. Live music. No fuss kind of place. Will definitely come back for brunch or a causal & affordable dinner out.
The food was great and the service was fast ans nice. Unfortunately, the margaritas were really not that good..
Unfortunately our drinks and food came all at once. That was not a good sign. Burger was undercooked, fried chicken was dry. Came with waffles but no syrup. Mac and cheese was ok. Waiter didn’t care and just wanted us out our seats ASAP. Had high hopes for this spot. Extremely disappointed.
First time at Flannel was a grey experience. The food was amazing and the staff was super friendly. My only downside is some of the decor looked a bit cheap/gaudy to me but that doesn't take away from a nice dinner.
The food was excellent. We loved the fried chicken and sides and the Mac n Cheese was great too.
Fun place to go. good food. good service good prices
Excellent food, service and staff. Highly recommended!
Great job with Covid protocols. The food was delicious and the service was excellent. We had a burger and chicken, both meals were delicious.
Friendly, casual dining, a nice spot for comfort food in a relaxed atmosphere.
Flannel was excellent and the chef personally greeted us and asked if we enjoyed our experience. The service was excellent as well.
Great experience. Great employees. Great food. Not too much else needs to be said
We had a great experience. The food was amazing and our server was very nice. It was reasonably priced and in a nice location.
Went for Restaurant week and from the portions to the actual food I was impressed and will be back
My fiancé and I have been going to Flannel since they opened in our neighborhood and we have NEVER had a bad meal there! Most recently, we stopped in for East Passyunk Avenue Restaurant Week and we both decided it was our favorite Flannel meal to date. Pulled pork is one of my go-to comfort food dishes and Flannel's "Pig in a Blanket" sandwich is one of the best I've ever had. Service is always friendly and efficient and their outdoor tent and heaters allow diners to enjoy a meal out while adhering to COVID-related guidelines. We'll be back soon!
Amazing food, loved that the chef checked in with all the tables
We loved our dining experience here! The food was fantastic and the servers were awesome. Would definitely come back soon!
I would definitely go back to Flannel. The food was better than expected and staff was pleasant.
Service was great and super fast! Food was delicious and we had big portions so we had left overs to bring home! Definitely recommend flannel and we can’t wait to go back.
Food was great. Mac& cheese was flavorful but not hot(temp).shrimp & grits just alittle too spicy. Service was excellent!!!
Flannel has never disappointed. The food here is amazing!
Maybe one of the best meals I have ever eaten out. Nothing but 5 stars from the moment we walked into the door. Fresh ingredients and deliciousness with everything that hit the table. Everything was extremely tasty. Do yourself a favor and get the grits! Omg the grits! Together we had the Mac daddy, chicken and waffles, Cobb salad, biscuit, corn bread, and the grits. My only regret is not trying the collard greens. Cannot wait to return for brunch!
Excellent food and ambiance.
The food and service were outstanding!
Yummy comfort food! Great coffee and tea selection.
Loved the hot chicken sandwich.
The food and service was great! Every table outside had it’s own heat lamp too.
Delicious good & friendly service 👌
Friendly service, good food, great prices. It's a BYO though so don't forget that!
Everyone is spaced out well and all servers are wearing masks. The menus are viewable via a QR Code. They are definitely taking the necessary safety precautions.
The Chicken and Waffles were delicious!
What a great meal. Food was creative and fun, yet not too chevy. It was heartwarming, soulful, and tasty. Service was great as well.
Had dinner outside here last weekend. Good was superb, I had the chicken sandwich with side salad instead of fries. Everything tasted fresh and homemade. The biscuit was the best one I’ve ever tasted. My boyfriend had the brisket which was also very good but he can’t wait to go back to try the fried chicken. Outside dining is the best we can do for now but I’m looking forward to going back and eating inside someday.
Food was good. Enjoyed the menu variety. Place was charming. Service left a lot to be desired. Each course delivered to the wrong person, main course was totally wrong. Instead of the Pig in a Blanket they delivered a burger... which I had had as a dinner on the road the night before... and... it wasn’t all that special. I only decided to keep it because my girlfriends entree was already out on the table and it was getting late in the evening. Two cans of beer were brought to the table with no offer of glassware to pour into. I despise drinking direct from a can. But it was near impossible to get the attention of the two person wait staff. Our waitress either cared less, was overwhelmed or her mind was somewhere outside of work. She was pleasant though.
Worth the trip at least once. I’ll give it another go as it’s reasonably priced and the food was decent, but not great., and there are a few items I want to try, especially the Pig in the Blanket, which Is all I wanted from the start. Service however... needs a tune-up. Overall cool little place.
Everything was great. We went for restaurant week and got a great deal. They even offered a free Miller light with the meal. I am more of a light meat eater, so I was disappointed in the dark chicken with the chicken and waffles. The waffles were amazing. Great location and boy!
Made a reservation for a birthday dinner. Was called 15 minutes before reservation to be told restaurant was not open.
We used Restaurant week to explore this casual country comfort restaurant. Food very well prepared with ample portions. Enthusiastic and attentive staff, including a visit from the chef to ask if we enjoyed our meal. Nice addition to Passyunk Avenue variety of eating venues.
We loved everything about Flannel! The food, servers, owner was awesome! Will definitely be back
The service was amazing and I felt really welcomed. The ambiente in the restaurant was very warm and welcoming again as well. The Restaurant looks really stylish from the inside.
We went for restaurant week and Flannel did not disappoint. The food was amazing. 3 course meal for $25 you can’t beat! If you haven’t been it’s a must.
The Mac Daddy was amazing along withe the cornbread pudding.
Champagne all around, big bottles, little bottles, keep them coming
