Owned & operated by Culinary Institute of America graduate Jeff Flancer, offering genuine comfort food w/ sublime & stimulating twists. Over time things change, so we upgraded our already quality ingredients & time tested recipes to keep your senses excited with mindfulness to your well-being. When possible, we rework our classic recipes to keep calories & sodium down without losing the taste you love. And over time some things don’t change, like using the best fresh quality ingredients, locally grown when possible. We use butter not margarine, real vanilla, not imitation and for our oils, we only use canola and olive. We use high quality locally made fresh sausage. Our turkeys are free range as well as antibiotic and hormone free and baked from scratch in our kitchen. We enjoy making almost every item on our menu including the our bread in house, the old fashioned & authentic way, like we always have. That’s why you come here & we’re totally cool w/ that!

It was our first time there so we were pleasantly surprised on the extent of the menu. Both meals we ordered were very good and prepared exactly how we ordered them. We will definitely go back again.

First time there. What a pleasant surprise! Great pizza. Entrees tasted like your mom made them (if she was a good cook)!

Seemed short on wait staff. Don’t order the fondue if you’re expecting Melting Pot quality. They were out of the steak which half of the table wanted to order. It was clean and friendly. Will more than likely return and give them a second chance.
