Owned & operated by Culinary Institute of America graduate Jeff Flancer, offering genuine comfort food w/ sublime & stimulating twists.

Over time things change, so we upgraded our already quality ingredients & time tested recipes to keep your senses excited with mindfulness to your well-being. When possible, we rework our classic recipes to keep calories & sodium down without losing the taste you love. And over time some things don’t change, like using the best fresh quality ingredients, locally grown when possible. We use butter not margarine, real vanilla, not imitation and for our oils, we only use canola and olive. We use high quality locally made fresh sausage. Our turkeys are free range as well as antibiotic and hormone free and baked from scratch in our kitchen.

We enjoy making almost every item on our menu including the our bread in house, the old fashioned & authentic way, like we always have. That’s why you come here & we’re totally cool w/ that!

while pizza draws the crowd in, and is unusually good, there is someone back in the kitchen who knows how to make a green chili sauce of New Mexico quality. That is highly to be honored.

The food was excellent as was the service. I found the decor a bit drab and unattractive. Also, I had a serious problem with my magnetic watchband sticking to the metal table. The noise level was right at the threshold of discomfort especially owing to the fact that the restaurant was not full. The menu is creative and the portions ample. I had a wonderful cup of green chili chicken soup that may be too spicy for some, but I found it to be one of the best I've had in the Valley.

Flancer's never disappoints. We were promptly seated and every person we came in contact with was very friendly. I have a gluten allergy and was pleasantly surprised with their gluten free options. Can't wait to go back!

We told them we had theater tickets and they served us within 10 minutes. Excellent food!!! Good portions.

Been going to Flancers for years - They catered my wedding back in 2003. Absolutely love this place and their food!!!

Pizza crust was burnt. Though we were not charged dinner was over as we’d both lost out appetites.

We were there for Valentine's Day and were promptly seat at the time of our reservation. Early into our seating were asked if we minded moving over two table so they could accommodate a large party. We were fine and had no problem doing so. For doing so the assistant Manager gave a free appetizer for our next visit which was not required. The food was great and the service event better. The only word of caution I would provide is that if you are dining during the winter months in the evening I do not recommend sitting next to the windows on the east side of the restaurant. There are garage door type windows which do not seal all the way and at some of the seats you can catch a cold breeze. If it was not for this i would have given this review a solid 5.

We tried Flancer's as I was intrigued by the great menu variety and reasonable prices. The restaurant is a little bit of a hole in the wall/ bar atmosphere but the food was very good and the waitress was excellent. I would definitely go back and enjoy the food and service again.
