Great food. Service was good.
I put on my reservation that we were celebrating my son's birthday but there was no acknowledgement of that until I mentioned that until I mentioned it to our server.
The food was NOT good this time and I was thoroughly sadden by this because I wanted an exceptional experience like what we get at their other location in Oldsmar...this is our first and last time at this location. MOST of our meals came out cold, in fact my first bite of squash was ice cold!! The server brought us new onion straws and mushrooms/onions but nothing else was acknowledged. Again, we will MOT beck to that location!!
We had a great time. The food was good and service was prompt. We'll be back!
My partner and I come here pretty often, I absolutely love the flavor of the steaks. We both always order a filet mignon, his 9oz was extremely fatty this visit. As well as too rare. He requested medium.
I am so glad we found this hidden gem! The menu is what brought me in and it surely didn't disappoint! I got the prime rib, mash and brocolli and my husband got the ribs and their appetizer of mac and cheese and spicy shrimp. My husband could not stop talking about the mac and cheese all night. We got cheesecake for dessert and it was the best cheesecake I've ever tasted! Definitely a favorite restaurant of ours now and we can't wait to go back!
PS - our server was lovely as well 😊
Seated us next to the front entrance in the sun in a booth. It was uncomfortable due to the seat being rocked by the person behind me. Later I realized that person had a service dog and the dog was bumping my seat.. Noisy with crying babies. The prime rib was very hard to cut with the normal serrated knife, after ten minutes the server handed me the correct steak knife. This was our 53rd wedding dinner and I was disappointed with the overall experience.
Dinner with friends was wonderful! Service was good and good delish! We even used the special on Thursday night, which topped off a perfect evening!
The food is delicious. The atmosphere is okay I guess. I just think it is very pricy for what you get. My husband and I paid $80 total for just our meals.
Brunch was not good. Dinner is consistently great but brunch is a no go.
We had a great family Friday night meal! Great service and food!
In area from out of town with friends. Last minute decision to dine here as it was late and staying at a hotel nearby. Had a very nice dinner and staff was so great! Thank you!
Excellent food. Chef switched up topping and sides just as I wanted. Wanted my sea bass with glaze and sides that was to come with salmon. Bread situation is weird. Have to request it.
Waiter was not attentive or engaging at all, must have been a new inexperienced waiter; my Cesar salad, which I paid extra for, hardly had any dressing on it, my prime rib was dry and thick, I was very disssapointed. I will never be back again.
We entered and were met by 4 hostesses who all ignored us for 3 minutes. Finally one greeted us and asked if we had a reservation which we did through Open Table. They seated us and then we waited for 15 minutes when finally Nicole came and said she would take our table since no on else had come over. Nicole our server was the only good experience of the entire visit. We order one soup and 2 entrees. The soup came out within 5 minutes. We then waited another 30 minutes for our entrees. The Sea Bass was good , the filet mignon salad was mediocre with tough meat.
We also had a woman at the very close next table cough constantly in our direction. She did not have a mask coming or going and coughed through most of our meal. We will not return.
This was our first visit to Flamestone. We took 4 other people who had helped us with a project. The menu had a little bit of everything and it all sounded delicious. We got the tableside guacamole and it was delicious. Our entrees were outstanding. We will definitely be returning!
Natile our server was fantastic, food was on time tasty
Perfect experience with great food and drinks! We love coming to FlameStone to catch up with friends!
Worst food I have ever had there and I will not be returning. We were served burnt food 3xs.
The food was very good and so was the service. Always and enjoyable experience.
This wasn’t the first time to this restaurant, so we were familiar with the menu and quality, and a little excited to dine out together for the first time in several months. We arrived before our reservation time and were seated early, but then were not greeted by our server for what seemed liked a long time. When she finally arrived we ordered drinks and appetizer. When the drinks arrived she placed our dinner order. However, the appetizer did not arrive for another 20+ minutes. We have ordered the artichoke appetizer several times in the past and it is very good. On this occasion it was cold and undercooked. We deemed it inedible and set it aside. We waited for the server so we could tell her the problem, but when she came over she just walked past our table, picking up the appetizer plate as she went and continued across the room to another table. This was rather upsetting, like she didn’t care.
It has now been 45 minutes since we arrived. Our salads have not been served. I went the the hostess stand and asked to speak to the manager if possible, and the hostess said, “let me see”. I watched as she continued doing her job of wiping menus etc. After another five minutes, the salads had not arrived and the manager did not arrive, so we got up and left.
Very disappointing, as it is now almost 9:00 o’clock, and no dinner. What a shame.
Good steak and seafood variety. Happy hour in bar area only but plenty of tables.
Food and service were fabulous! Will definitely be back!
Not a good Experience for Easter. The cook had to make our order 3 times for poached egg, was overcooked. Not much choices on menu.
Our food was excellent in both taste and preparation. I had steak and my companion has the Chilean Sea Bass. She is very critical concerning seafood and she was very happy with hers. The White Cheese Spinach dip was quite good and the Creme Brûlée well worth the calories. We will return often.
The food was excellent. We had the Buffalo cauliflower for an appetizer with blue cheese crumbles. The Flamestone side salad was delicious with spring mix, blue cheese, candies pecans and raspberry vinaigrette. My husband and o split the porterhouse which came with two sides.
Our waitress Natalie was wonderful! Accommodating, attentive, professional and courteous.
Our first visit was better than our second visit. The prime rib is delicious. The second time we decided to order a bunch of appetizers. Half of them came out cold (which were supposed to be hot). They redid them and gave us one appetizer complimentary, but still not great. The tableside guacamole is excellent. The tuna tower, pass on that. The flatbread is quite tasty, as well as the spicy shrimp and crab cake. I'll definitely order the prime rib again next time and not go on a Friday during Lent! :)
Food and service was ok. Made reservations days ahead of time but had no decent table available. Had to eat in a booth in the bar area.
Excellent, tender steak!!
Nicole is a great waitress
The waiter was amazing and the service and food were fantastic!
Great service. Great food Great atmosphere. Would go again
Food amazing and great service!
Loved! loved the drinks 🍹
Always a great experience at Trinity Flamestone.
Nicole and the team there always go out of their way to make sure everything is tops.
The food is always outstanding and Nicole is by far the best server in the entire area!
2 issues. Major one is that they don’t enforce mask policy so we won’t go again. I don’t mind paying out the nose for a meal but at this price I expect to get away from the trumpers. Secondly, food was good but filet mignon had to be sent back overcooked and for the price the portions are very small.
Food was terrible service staff and management were more than accommodating and very professional they went above a beyond to make up for the food.
It was horrible. 2 of the 4 items we ordered they didn’t even have. An appetizer we ordered they came out and told us they didn’t have it after we’d already gotten our entrees. Just not a pleasant dining experience at all. We definitely won’t be going back.
Very solid choice, food and service are always good
We enjoyed our birthday dinner celebration at Flamestone on Saturday night. Our server, Tom, was great. The only down side was that the chef was new and it took a lot longer than usual for our meals to come out. Tom explained the situation and kept us informed, but my elderly mom was less patient and became upset over the delay. Otherwise, we enjoyed our time there.
