INTRO: We do live hibachi shows, sushi, and Asian bistro. Located on NYC Upper West Side.

HIBACHI: Our live hibachi shows are part cuisine, part performance – hosted by a lively chef who cooks meats and vegetables before your eyes. Our hibachi steaks are Angus Certified, and our hibachi chicken is free range. Our live hibachi shows are suited for both parties as well as small groups and couples.

SUSHI: In addition to our well rounded sushi menu, try innovative dishes such as our seared filet mignon with citrus ponzu dressing. And try our guacamole spicy tuna tartar, with wasabi chips.

ASIAN BISTRO: our modern asian bistro dishes includes classic favorites such as pad thai, grilled chicken satay, and pineapple fried rice. We also get creative, including house-made dim sum tapas such as lobster potstickers.

Birthday dinner. The sushi rolls were freshly made and filling. The tempura was perfectly crispy. The sake options are plentiful. Service was professional & detailed. The surprise birthday cake was delicious!

Second time I went to this location - first time was just for drinks with friends and we had a lot of fun. This time went as a birthday dinner with wife and kids. Food and cocktails were great (that Jade Lantern cocktail is beautiful and delicious.) Wait staff was very attentive. Only knock against this visit was that there were several families with kids (including my own) and some of the parents didn't help control their children well enough -- the noise got a little obnoxious at times. There was a patron that asked the wait staff if they could ask the family to tone it down, but the wait staff member said he did not feel comfortable doing that. Other than that, great menu and, while we didn't do it, the hibachi tables look fun. Will definitely go back but maybe during later hours when less likely to have kids around.

excellent food, reasonable prices, fun to watch the hibachi even from afar. we ate at the bar. it is kind of hidden away under an awning.. worth it when you find it.

The food was absolutely amazing - the sushi and the apps were out of! this world!! Service was great - our server, Dancy (sp?) was sweet, attentive and overall just great. Highly recommend! OOh - and try the Taste of Asia cocktail. LOVED it!

We actually changed the reservation to be with Hibachi. The food was ordinary. The Hibachi machines are so noisy you cannot hear other people talk. Even giving our order was an ordeal with the waitress requesting that we repeat our requests over and over. One appetizer was forgotten until after the meal had been cooked, making it redundant. I would never return.
