Come in and enjoy our authentic fine dining Churrascaria Brazilian Steakhouse. We offer a unique experience where Gaucho Chefs circle the tables with 15 different types of rotisserie cooked meats on skewers from picanha, filet mignon, bottom sirloin to chicken & lamb. The patrons partake in tasting as many of the meats as they wish, and as many times as they wish. The delicious uniquely cooked and served meats are not the only intriguing part of the experience. A gourmet salad bar features over 30 salad dishes made with local fresh produce. The salads are accompanied by several types of traditional Brazilian dishes such as Feijoada, Beans, farofa and Brazilian rice. Each table is also served fried banana, pao de queijo (cheese bread) and cinnamon roasted pineapple. Our restaurant also features Brazilian deserts such as mousse de Maracuja (passion fruit mousse) and many more. We offer a full bar, including specialty Brazilian exotic drinks, such as the Caipirinha!

We arrived on time for our reservation. My wife and I were celebrating our anniversary. The hostess greeted us with a smile and mentioned the anniversary. We were seated and our server as well recognized our special day. The service was impeccable! The meat servers were all very nice and explained each cut of meat. The manger came to our table and wished us happy anniversary. This is one of our favorite places to eat! We will be back!

If I could give 6 stars for service, I would! The gaucho and waiter were attentive, personable and had a great sense of humor. They had us covered before we had to ask for anything and the manager checked in to be sure everything was done right, and to chat and make great pairing suggestions. Great spot for a special occasion. We will be back for sure. NOTE: To correct an error in another review. The Rodizio Dinner includes the Market Table offerings.

Went for our Anniversary for something a little different and so glad we did such a great time. Food was amazing service was great. The staff went above an beyond to make sure we had a great time. They even gave us a couple of roses, which was icing on the cake as they say.

Flame & Fire never disappoints. We were here for Mother's Day and then again recently for a relative's birthday. First time visit for them and they were very impressed. Staff are always accommodating and food/ambience is amazing. This is the spot if you want to wine and dine and experience the Brazilian steak house vibe. Will be returning again.

The price has gone up since we last visited and the quality of the food went down significantly. We ended up not eating much and going to Lazy Dog afterward. The meat was not the tender, flavorful experience from previous visits. It was very disappointing, especially for the cost.

We were seated out in the patio, which at first I didn’t quite understand why we were the only ones out there but it turned out to be very nice and relaxing less noise. I do have a question on my bill it said almost 9 dollars for preferred seating never understood what that was for.

Flame & Fire is an amazing restaurant and will always be in my top 10 favorite restaurants. Though it is a little pricey but it's worth it, every once in a while. The overall food doesn't only apply to quantity but quality as well. You got a large amount of food yet every bite better than the last. Though being stuffed I could not stop eating. As well as the meat that would come and go there was a buffet where you could serve yourself. Even though being a buffet the food was still fresh and was constantly refilled. Besides the food we got the Brazilian lemonade and it was very, very delicious. Not too sweet and not too sour just the perfect mix of the two. The place wasn't too crowded or noisy, but our reservation was set for 4:30 so it wasn't exactly during the dinner time buzz. Our servers were very friendly and it made the food even more appetizing. So overall I love Flame and Fire and would definitely recommend that you give it a try!

I can’t stop talking about it! It was phenomenal. I am already planning my next visit, LOL The food was outstanding and the lobster bisque, the best I have ever had and I’m an old “New Englander” The staff were great and knew when to show up at our table! Thanks for a great dinner out.

The seasoning on the meats were so delicious! The roasted pineapple is scrumptious! The gauchos serving the meat were nonstop and the mgr came by to ensure everyone was satisfied (nice personal touch!) I loved my little bday not with scripture verse noted :) I totally recommend this gem, especially for special occasions:)

My husband and I went to Flame and Fire-Roseville and we’re very disappointed. The meat was so bland and way over done, I would not recommend eating here. Our server was amazing as were the cocktails but not worth the $$.

It could be only the pineapple and it would still be worth it!! The food is so fresh and tasty, no additional seasonings will ever be needed. The buffet is a nice touch as well. My advice is starting with wine and appetizers from the buffet then move onto your meat meals and sides. My daughter & I love feeling like we’re catered to and part of the family. It’s close to a family cooked meal without all the self clean up. Beautiful environment & serene experience. The drinks and dessert are delicious too. I don’t have a single bad thing to say about this place. You have to try it. If you come with a big party and something is not to your liking in some way, all you have to do is speak up and it would change instantly. Great service. I had no issues with birthdays and big business meetings here.

First/last time here. Food was awful for $60/plate. Meat is distributed similar to 1 kabob nugget at a time and most is bacon wrapped or chicken was so dry! No warm/hot veggies at all. Super disappointing for our Easter dinner.
