Churrasco has three centuries of tradition in the vast plains of the southernmost region of Brazil. Gauchos would prepare a feast for their family and friends by slow roasting various cuts of meat from each of their herd over an open flame pit. They offered to each family and friend, the best of the Gaucho’s herd, where they carved the meats at each table in a show of skill and gift giving.

Located in Bakersfield’s Southwest neighborhood, Flame & Fire Brazilian Steakhouse is a modern experience into Brazil’s traditional churrascaria, featuring the rodizio style of carved meats table side, along with our exquisite market table. This is the third restaurant to Flame & Fire Brazilian Steakhouse, with two other locations in Roseville and Folsom California. Established in Roseville in 2014, we are proud to share with you the culture of great food and warm hospitality.

Flame and Fire knocked it out of the parking again. The Food as usual was impeccable. The service was attentive but not over bearing. We were celebrating a birthday and being sung in Portuguese was a nice treat! Thank you once again for making another memorable occasion!

Our waitress was waiting on what it seemed like half the restaurant. It took her about 45 minutes to get us our check. She was focused on a bigger party, I get it but to not make eye contact with customers. Once we gave her our card took her another 20 minutes because she was serving food and drink with our card as well as others cards in hand. Kept going back and forth from the kitchen to the tables with our payment instead of processing it real quick and handing it back. It looked like she needed help and no one was helping her.

Food was delicious as always. Continuous array of meat was brought to the table. The Market Table was not well stocked. A few empty hot food items or items not kept to correct temperature. Will say it was right before dinner crowd so might have just been our timing. Staff were extremely friendly. Will definitely go again.
