Flambé was founded in March 2024 with a simple yet profound vision: to create a gathering place where friends and family could come together to savor delicious food in a welcoming atmosphere. Not everyone was open to the changes that Flambe brought to what was already a restaurant under a different name, however that only fueled our passion and culinary dreams even more.
Situated beside Trim castle giving us a magnificent view, our journey began in November 2023 when we made the move to take over Franzinis.
Our authentic Neapolitan woodfire pizza is just one of our Flambé taste sensations. Baked in our Marana woodfire oven that was lovingly imported from Italy our pizza menu has a woodfire pizza for every taste, if you love pizza the Flambé Neapolitan one is a must try, we have the best woodfire pizza in county Meath and we are proud of it!

We hope that those who dine in Flambé will return time and again to indulge in our culinary creations as well as our tempting wine list.

We stayed near Trim Castle and the restaurant was located nearby with an easy walk. The hostess was so friendly and made you feel right at home. We ordered an appetizer and main course. Fresh and delicious! The pizza was amazing. It does take a little while but when you want good, freshly made food it takes a bit. Would eat there again.

Really nice pizzas, warm bread served with balsamic vinegar and olive oil, nice touch. Lovely staff and the Italian organic wine was fab.

Had a lovely meal with very friendly, attentive staff. Pizza, steak & lamb curry were all excellent. Unfortunately no one had any room left for a dessert. Will definitely go again when we return to Ireland & would highly recommend.

Stunning restaurant, with such great ambiance, the staff very welcoming and nice. The pizzas are out of this world, the wood fire makes a huge difference, without a doubt the best pizza I’ve had in Trim so far. 🙂 plus they have an amazing wine selection. Definitely recommend 🍾🍷🍾

We were not told it would be a set menu for Mother’s Day when booking. It was quite possibly one of the worst value set menus I’ve ever seen, especially when I had priced their a la carte menu online the night before. €5 to add chicken to an already overpriced curry or pasta dish is absolutely outrageous. The drinks menu was handed to us in a polly pocket type covering, it looked so terrible. We met friends in the restaurant who warned us that their service was extremely slow. We were given a broken high chair for my baby, I asked twice for it to be changed and it wasn’t. We left before ordering as I couldn’t bring myself to pay for an outrageously priced menu and bad service. Walked into a nearby hotel which had a much better menu and much better prices.

Poor. I hate to leave a bad review but for the price of our bill it was not up to scratch. Mother’s Day Menu was overpriced for the quality. My partner had to add 5e supplement to add chicken to a curry. Pizza base was burnt. Waiting times between courses was excessive. I must say the waitresses on the day were really lovely and the desert was nice. That’s about it. Front of house blamed waiting times on customers talking too much -we felt uncomfortable when he said this and it seemed unprofessional/passing the blame. It’s a shame as the location looking out at the castle is lovely.

Had a lovely 3 course meal celebrating Mothers Day with my family at Flambé. Each course was beautifully cooked and well balanced the steak was magnificent. The staff were all lovely and helpful throughout. We even order an extra takeaway dinner for a sick family member and the staff helped me keep the price a secret from my mother as an extra threat as she looks after him. This was very much appreciated. Overall a lovely experience and I would highly recommend to anyone
