The very stylish and contemporary Flair Restaurant & Bar takes pride of place at the very top of The Ritz-Carlton Shanghai, Pudong on the 58th floor – making it the highest al fresco dining venue in China. Designed by Super Potato, the indoor décor is a warm blend of rustic and contemporary designs creating a loft-like lounge ambience, while the outdoor setting is casually elegant and relaxed with lounge sofas offering breathtaking views of the Huangpu River and across Shanghai.
At Flair, mesmerizing Asia staples from Japan, Indonesia, Vietnam, India, China and Thailand are served tapas style, while the sushi and raw seafood bar will further enhance guest’s choices. The beverage menu is extensive offering signature cocktail and spirit selections alongside 40 types of vodka, and fashionable small-distillery rums.

What a horrible experience. The food was bad and the service was unprofessional. I went for the afternoon tea and I asked for hot water and the water said that I would have to buy bottled water and they would heat it up for me. What???? I have never heard that before!!! And then they brought the afternoon tea set, the food was substandard compared to all the afternoon tea places I’ve been to. Also every time I ate a piece from the afternoon tea set they would come and collect one plate from the afternoon tea display, the waitress would overreach while I’m eating to collect a mini plate from the tea set display. And she knocked over other mini cakes that I haven’t even gotten too while constantly over reaching unnecessarily to collect each plate. 1 piece fell on the floor and she had to clean it off the floor and bring me a new one. Very unprofessional and embarrassing for them! Definitely would never come here!
