Went here for couples double date night dinner. Our server was great! Checked in with us just enough to make sure we had what we needed but not to much. Carpaccio appetizer was delicious, French onion soup wasn’t anything special ( had much better), and frutti Di mare had good flavor but came out barely warm. Beautiful restaurant for date night or party’s. Table busser was annoying as soon as we finished our food she hovered across from us waiting while we tried to talk with each other even though they had other tables available for customers.
Staff was very friendly and welcoming, very attentive and knowledgeable!
Our server was attentive. The food arrived correctly and didn't take long. We were with friends we hadn't seen in awhile and had plenty of time to visit without feeling hurried. The food was delicious.
Outstanding food. I was in town from Chicago and I thought Flair Taverna could fit right in with Chicago restaurants
We tried Flair for the first time last night and were extremely impressed. The service, ambience and food were excellent. The lobster ravioli was out of this world! We will absolutely be back and can’t wait to try other items on the menu. Nothing in the Permian Basin compares to Flair!
Very quiet and elegant dinner. Went for a birthday. Was left alone to drink and eat and enjoy each others presence.
The food was really good. We had crab cake bites for the app. They were good even though they were a tad salty. My husband had the special which was osso buco with risotto. My husband loved it! The mushroom risotto that came with it was really good too. I had lobster ravioli with shrimp and a cream sauce and shaved asparagus. It was very good-the shrimp were cooked perfectly not chewy and dry like you get in a lot of places out here. It was a rich dish so the three big ravioli each topped with lobster, shrimp, and asparagus were more than enough portion wise. We took a creme brûlée home so it wasn’t great but I’m sure it would have been much better if we’d eaten it right away. Over all it was quite good and a place we will go again.
We love this place. The food and service are so good. Fresh homemade noodles in Odessa!! Brilliant!
That bruschetta is next level. Best in the Basin!
Best restaurant in the area. Fantastic dining and atmosphere
This was our second trip to Flair Taverna. It was just as amazing as the first! Food quality and service were excellent. This is becoming our favorite date night spot in west TX.
We had 3 different appetizers, 6 different entrees, and 3 different desserts and every one of them was amazing. Great band in bar area on Friday night. We will definitely be back.
Awesome crab cakes and good service!
This was our first trip to this restaurant. The atmosphere was great, and the service was attentive. We enjoyed everything on the menu. The lobster bisque was a little too salty, but otherwise everything was prepared well and presented nicely. The seafood was excellent. A good addition to the restaurants in Odessa.
I can't believe this little gem is in Odessa. Homemade, just when you order, pasta, fresh vegetables, delightful sauces and great service.
Very good food. Staff was great.
Food was great!! The salmon and the paparadelle ragu were awesome. Must do the bread pudding, the best we’ve ever had! Really want this place to do well! I look forward to their bar opening soon.
What an excellent new restaurant! Two words: fresh pasta. Oh, and beautiful soft lighting. Service was great. I hope this place sticks around.
It was not what we thought.
The food and service were amazing!
Great new place! The food was very good and the service was excellent!
The food was amazing! The service was pretty great too. The chef even came to see how our meal was, he was very involved. Everything we ordered was phenomenal from the appetizer to the dessert. Perfect date night restaurant, I definitely recommend.
Great menu and service. Nice to see this location updated, clean and vibrant! Look forward to going back and trying other items.
This was our third trip to Flair, and as we’ve come to expect the service and food were both outstanding. When you have a good question and the chef comes out to answer you know it will be a good night.
The crab bites and lobster bisque starters were amazing. Definitely not like eating in West Texas. They don’t yet have a liquor license, but when the food is that good it’s not really a concern. The chicken piccata was amazing, so light and flavorful. The Frutti de Mare was fresh and the flavor was spectacular.
It’s so nice to finally have a truly good restaurant in town that is not Mexican or Steak.
Such a great place to eat with incredible food. Our server Ben was awesome and the appetizer special for the night was delicious. We had a really fun date night and look forward to going back soon.
Good food. Fair prices.
We will try again after they get a liquor license. Impossible for me to understand how such a high rating for dinner can be achieved in a place that has no liquor license.
Love it !
I wish the lights were a little dimmer .
Food and service was wonderful!
Appreciated Frankie stopping by our table to check on us and introduce himself.
