   Thank you to all who made our night special, especially Trinity and JT! Y’all were absolutely flawless and made every moment of last night superb. This was our first time recommended by our Air BnB hosts. From start to finish 100 on point! All the little chef prepared goodies that came out to our table were such pleasant surprises! The food is amazingly delicious and it doesn’t stop. The steak was TDF! The best restaurant we’ve ever eaten at by far. The view is so beautiful. Get an early reservation so you can enjoy the evening and save a lot of room in your tummy for this delightful experience! Thank you, you were so attentive to a food allergy my husband had. It was his birthday and y’all made it incredibly special! Hands down best ever restaurant experience, and it truly was an experience. Thank you from Jeff and Denise (Texas). TEN +++ STARS!

   Flagstaff House is always amazing and never disappoints. We came for my son’s end-of-year school celebration and they made him feel so very special. The food is fantastic, the view stunning, but it is the service that really sets this place apart from any other restaurant in the Boulder area. Our server, Harmony, was so lovely and gracious as was everyone who helped us throughout the evening. I very highly recommend Flagstaff House for any special occasion!

   It was a truly delightful dinner as we celebrated our anniversary at the Flagstaff house in Boulder. We especially appreciated the personalization of the menu and the staff continually addressing us by our names. In addition to the food we ordered the number of little extras that were sent over by the chef were truly fun and intriguing. The up scale, clean, and fun environment and the abundant windows made the experience special and joyful. Everyone of the staff were truly welcoming and polite. We will definitely be returning for other celebrations.

   This was the most special evening our family has ever had at a restaurant. Gorgeous views, peace and quiet, the best service we've ever had, and superb food. Not only that, after our daughter quietly asked about something gluten free, for the rest of the meal, without asking, servers brought her gluten-free bread and gluten-adjusted dishes. Three of the four of us have unusual diets, and the menu seemed designed for modern concerns so that we all could have almost everything on the menu. Oh, and they made our daughter a beautiful chocolate plaque decorated with the words, "Happy Birthday." We're going to stop saving Flagstaff for special occasions and go more often...too good to enjoy only rarely.

    The food this time and menu were not as good as the st times we have dined there. The filet mignon was under seasoned and first course salad with hearts of palm was bland and needs real dressing not lemon juice. Service was fabulous and views are priceless. We loved dessert course.

    Our dinner was fabulous in every way. Each course was superb. The service was impeccable. Attention to small details that one doesn’t see in most upscale restaurants, such as your name (and special event) printed on the menu, sorbet between courses, etc. Eating at the Flagstaff House is truly a special experience.

    Flagstaff House provides not only excellent food but a dining experience that ranks amongst the very best I have ever had. And the views: last night we watched a storm rolling across the city of Boulder and saw a rainbow that morphed through phase after phase. Stunning. Hard to beat a meal at Flagstaff House

    Fantastic experience on every level. The best meal I've had in over a year! Our server, Katie, was Incredible, highly professional and backed up by a great team of helpers. The house white wine, a delicious Sancerre, paired perfectly with every course. The dessert, Cafe & Croissants, was spectacular. The entire evening at Flagstaff House made lasting memories, I can't wait to get back there !

    Took forever to get drinks and food menu. We were starving when we got there which probably didn’t help- Were there for about 2.5 hours. Main entrees were salty and underwhelming for ~$400 dinner for two people. Ordered bread that never came out.

    It is just how I remembered it… maybe even better! They get the menu perfectly formal without being unapproachable or stuffy… and everything is delicious! The dishes are beautifully presented with nice sized portions. I will definitely be back! And next time, I’ll arrive early to enjoy an aperitif at the bar!

    Love the Flagstaff House. Gorgeous view of Boulder. Go early to see Boulder in the early evening then when the lights come on. The Did is excellent. Ambiance is fab and the service is beyond!
