We were hoping for a quiet/low key Thanksgiving brunch & Fixe Southern House delivered. Our waiter Kevin R. was excellent & so was the food. The wife & I have been multiple times & our experience is always enjoyable. The biscuits will change your life.

Very slow service. Server was not attentive. Food took forever. Our reservation was for 1.15pm and we left close to 3pm. All due to service. For the cost .. I would expect much better. Will not be returning any time soon.

We’ve dined here before and had a great experience, this time our server never refilled our drinks and didn’t check on us much. I spent $200 there and couldn’t get a single refill on my iced tea. I don’t know that I’ll go back again.

I love this place! The best breakfast anywhere in Texas. The best biscuits and grits, too. If you haven't been here you've got to try it. Their lunch and dinner is epic, too. You need to try it if you haven't.

Enjoyed the evening. Food was very good as was the service. Chairs were comfortable but extremely difficult to move and sat low in reference to the table. There was a cabinet light in the kitchen area that blinked me when the door was opened. The issue with the chairs will probably keep us from returning. I think that situation would be easy to correct.

About a perfect brunch as you will find anywhere. The biscuits and the brisket Benedict should both come with a 12 step group. We will be back!

Fixe-Southern House was awesome! The menu, from thefeautured cocktails through dessert is excellent. The biscuits are just the right combination of light and fluffy with a toasty crisp edge. Paired with the whipped butter, native Texas honey or strawberry jam, they could be all that you need. I had the fried chicken and kale salad (not a typical side dish for fried chicken, was perfection. And, I almost forget about the hot gooey crab and bacon dip…phenomenal! Others in my party had the Shrimp & Grits, the Double Porkchop and the Beet Salad. No one left with any complaints except that they were too full for the Blackberry Crisp and/or the Chocolate Truffle Cake!

The food was delicious. Ive been to Fixe twice now and i have yet to have something that disappoints. The staff is wonderful and attentive, Oscar was my waiter and he genuinely seemed to enjoy what he did and it came through with his service. I would hire Oscar in a heartbeat if he ever decided to not be at Fixe anymore.

Always great to have brunch here. They do everything well, and the biscuits are phenomenal. Also, unlike so many restaurants, they serve a very good cup of coffee, which is an surefire indicator that they pay attention to detail. So many restaurants treat coffee as an afterthought, but brunch places could do a lot better. Fixe get it right

Great vibe. Very Texas Ft worth vibe. High back leather chairs set the mood. Waitress was outstanding. Very personable and informative! We ordered pork chop with bacon jam. The bacon jam was about a teaspoon for split pork chop. It was smoked but nothing special. The waitress kept pushing the biscuits so we finally said we would have the for dessert. They were outstanding but not reason enough to return.

Went to Fixe for our anniversary and it was possibly the greatest dining experience we ever had! Food was incredible, ambiance was perfect, and Oscar was a fantastic server that deserves a raise!

We love Fixe! We started off in the bar with Sam. Her recommendations were amazing. From that, it was a birthday dinner with Evette as our waitress. She was fabulous!! Thank you to Julian who checked on us throughout our experience. Wonderful management! We will be back soon!

Our server wasn’t great at all. His section was either no where near us, which seems odd or he was MIA. Had to ask food servers to bring things we asked for and then had to ask him to refill teas and water. It’s an expensive brunch for not good service.

Visited Fixe to celebrate my 67th birthday with family. Food was delicious, wine was very good and service was very good also. I was gifted with a birthday gift certificate, which I thought was very nice and was very appreciated. My only complaint was that our dinner reservation was at 5:00 and happy hour was 3 to 6:00. However, because we were not at the bar we could not partake of the happy hours special prices. It should not matter if you are at the bar or dining. You should be able to enjoy happy hour prices. So enjoy the bar till 6:00 and then dine in restaurant if you want to enjoy lower drink prices.

Very slow service, server was inattentive. When I ordered a mocktail I was informed that they don't "really have any" but that the bartender could makes something; the "mocktail" I was served was disgusting and undrinkable. Very disappointing as I was looking forward to dining at fixe.

This restaurant is amazing! Came with a group of girlfriends for brunch and we shared many things, served family style. We started with the biscuits and the crab and bacon dip to start, followed by the fried chicken, french toast, lobster pot pie, and sweet potatoes. All of it, every bite, was delicious. The staff were fantastic and paced the food out so it wasn't all brought at once. I am sad I haven't come here sooner but this will be a regular stop for us.

My friends and I frequent this place, and I literally order the exact same dish. On this particular visit, my entree did not have the same flavor, and the chef/line cook added an additional ingredient that threw the entire dish off. I presented the off-putting error to the manager, and rather than apologize (initially), he argued that I must be mistaken and the chef would never make that particular error. I explained that I was merely advising them that an error had been made and the dish was not good because of it. I eventually received an apology and offer to remake the dish; however, at that point, I was done! My friends and I may be in search of a new bruclnch spot.
