   mid week visit as it had been a while since our last visit. Ordered fish Amritsari as a starter to share - very tasty and well presented, accompanied by chilli sauce. then for our mains had 2 different prawn curries with rice, washed down by a glass of rose wine (2 different rose wines on the menu so tried them both) followed by coffees as too full for desert. quiet on arrival but more diners arrived whilst we were there including groups and families. restaurant a mix of couples and family celebratory groups which is always good to see. Food is always well presented and tasty - had to ask what one of the ingredients on the menu was for the curry and the waitress had to ask the kitchen, responding it was a type of fried spice added to the dish. One curry was sweeter/milder with coconut and the other with ginger had more heat. Both were tasty. Wine went well with both dishes. Coffee at the end of the meal finished it off well . Service was good too.

   I am a regular customer at five rivers and I’m never disappointed the food the service and the attention to detail I receive is outstanding .

   Service was excellent, our waiter was very attentive and helpful. All food was delicious. Prices were very reasonable for the quality and portion sizes were generous. The premises was clean and comfortable.

   A great experience from start to finish. The staff, food, atmosphere and restaurant were all excellent. We have been meaning to visit here for several years and not got round to it, we will definitely be back very soon. The Tuesday deal is great value.

   The food, the service, the cleanliness, and the welcome were excellent. The only thing I marked one down for was the noise. It was hard to hear the people at our table and hard to hear the waiters, but people were there for a good time so I'll happily go back.
