   We had the cellar room booked for our party of 8. It was downstairs and we had the room to ourselves. A lovely setting. The staff were good at checking to see if we needed any food or drinks. The food was very tasty. Good options for the vegans in our group.

   Steaks were great and fries were super crisp. They unfortunately forgot our sparkling water but took it off the bill. Also ordered a beer that never arrived but was on the bill, so had to get that removed. Staff were really apologetic, was just one of those super busy nights.

   In the pub rich area of Collingwood/fitzroy you need to offer something unique and the FItroy TH nailed it. The intimate dinning room was welcoming with fire burning on a miserable Wednesday night. The professional yet friendly service lead us through drinks and food with expertise. Even offering to surprise us with his recommendations for our mains, showing great confidence in the menu. The kitchen is top notch and cannot wait to return

   Steak was very good. Nice range of beers (Bodriggy, Hawkers etc). Good atmosphere; busy but not too loud. Helpful staff
