   This is an usual comment but something obviously happened to a bird and there were feathers and even some bird pieces on the outdoor patio floor. You would have thought they would have cleaned it up before opening the patio. Our reservation was for 12 so the Firzbistro had just opened. We did comment to the server about the bird pieces but nothing was done to clean it up.

   Hello, Thank you for your feedback. We found the situation just as unusual as you must have but I can assure you we took the proper measures to have this cleaned up (three times actually) however the wind was quite strong that day and I believe it brought the feathers back to the patio. At no point did I notice any "bird pieces" but if there was, it would have been dealt with immediately. Feel free to contact me at any time should you wish to discuss this matter further.    Enjoyed the food and the wine at our brunch. The server was very good, sorry I did not get her name, but she was attentive, knowledgeable and pleasant. The down side was that when we went after lunch for a wine tasting the fellow behind the counter was not welcoming and we ended up walking away. Myself, I know your wines are very good, but the other four ladies with me had never tried your wines or bubbly. I will not let this detour me from your establishment and beautiful setting, I know we all have our off days.

   It was my first time there and we had a fantastic experience, the service was wonderful, the food was great, stunning view and smiles everywhere!

   Amazing views, service and food. Take a tour while you are there and wander through the vineyard while watching the harvest and production. It is AMAZING.

   Took our out of town guest for Iunch at 1 pm sat out on the patio . All 6 of us loved the food although two plates arrived a little cool. It was the perfect spot to enjoy an outing from Kelowna. Coming a little later was better As it was not as crowded and we did not feel We had to leave as no one was waiting for our table .

   Fabulous views of Lake Okanagan. Wait staff is excellent and extremely professional and pleasant. The wines are outstanding and the menu offers good choices for everyone. As well, the winery staff will very knowledgeable offer tastings on their reds, whites and sparkling wines. Be sure to try the Interloper Gewurtzaminer.....my favourite. By far our location of choice to take visitors for a memorable lunch.

   The entrees were are all excellent (salmon, tacos, pizza, chicken). The desserts, however, were all a disappointment - creme brûlée was grainy, lemon tart lacked flavour, the chocolate cake was too dense. The setting was lovely - quiet and peaceful with vineyards immediately adjacent. Service was attentive. We enjoyed lunch and will recommend to others.
