Remodeled spot in The Monaco (used to be The South Water Kitchen), now specializing in mussels and beer. Extensive beer and cocktails menu, interesting assortment of starters and mains, nice choices of mussels recipes. Enjoyed the Kale Caesar salad and the Coconut Curry Mussels. Very attentive service.

Great new option in The Loop! Seafood/raw bar/mussels and beer are the specialties here, but I was most impressed by the juicy burger and the frites with an array of creative dipping sauce options. Kale salad was outstanding, and the craft cocktails and unique wine list appealed to this non-beer drinker. For breakfast the pork belly is delicious, the harissa baked eggs are bursting with flavor, and the Belgian waffles are light and tasty with hazelnut and chocolate. And the newly renovated interior is modern yet cozy.

Everything here is phenomenal. The food and drinks are great and the service is amazing. This was my second time here and I was blown away both times. Love it! I’ll be back!

Their saffron mussels are amazing, great selection of local beer too! Will be returning soon.
