    This was our second time to this location. First time was great and left my son who was going to be turning 21 wanting to return. We wanted to get the same dishes as we did the first time. Bone-in Filet Minion, Blackened Prime Rib, regular Filet Minion. So we went back for the birthday celebration and my wife decides to try one of their flown in fish, that was dry and the macadamia nut crusting was powder like and made the whole thing dry. Our Bone-in filet was dry and flavorless, and the same for the blackened prime rib. Unfortunately we did not get Matthew Howell as a manager and the other two managers were barely the level of an outback. $365 dollars later and could saved $200 and got the same quality if not better at outback. They did swap my wife’s fish for her original want, the filet, but she had to wait while we had our food. Managers on Friday night 6/20/25 were horrible for the price point, you expect better care at $100+ per person.

    Our waitress (Leah?) was amazing. We haven’t had service like that in quite some time. For it being a busy Fathers Day, she was on top of it all. Everything was wonderful, but having her made it that much better.

    We frequently enjoy the outdoor space in nice weather, however for special occasions we prefer inside seating. This Father’s Day we opted for inside, & as always the food, the service, & the ambience was exceptional. Our only complaint, if there is one really, was the noise level! It was quite loud inside, but we were seated in a booth on the bar side & not in the main dining area. This may have attributed to the increase in noise. However, it was Father’s Day with many families choosing to dine out so some increased noise was to be expected! Overall it was another fantastic dining experience with outstanding food & service that we’ve come to appreciate! Thank you to management once again for a fantastic dining experience @ Fishbones Lake Mary!

    We dined at FishBones for Father’s Day. The food was amazing, as always! We tried a few new things on the menu. Specifically, the grouper bites which were amazing. The triggerfish is our absolute favorite! The lady dragon roll is so flavorful and meaty. We love it! The cocktails were very good as well. The best part of our meal is the service. David is a great person - end of story! He is attentive, kind, personable, ave takes such pride in his work. My husband and my parents rave about him during and after every meal we have there. I highly recommend FishBones for happy hour or a special occasion. We dine here often - traveling one hour because the service and food are impeccable. We’ve dined at a lot of the Orlando “ hot spots” but FishBones is our absolute favorite.

    Well worth the money. No draft beer, though, but cocktails are excellent. We love the halibut.

    Small plates and drinks. Grilled Oysters, Raw Oysters, Lobster Bisque, Blue Cheese Chips & Rainbow Roll. Relaxing time. I enjoyed a nice cigar after our snacks. Excellent service.
