Best seafood I have had since visiting Portugal! The service was exceptional and the ambience was perfect!

Very clean & inviting atmosphere. Polite, professional & courteous staff.
Food & wine were a bit overpriced ($155 ... includes tips) was not justified for 2 adults & a child.

As always fishbone did not disappoint! Even in these trying times!

Limited seating due to Covid, outdoor only but beautiful venue overlooking the marina and waterfront. They are managing the Covid issue brilliantly. Highly recommend making a rezo a few days in advance as they are very popular for very good reason! PS. Tuna app was fantastic and service very friendly

We were very surprised seeing the manger handling food and drink without a mask. His staff had masks on the entire time. He chose to never wear one and he served food to a table and brought water out. We asked he not serve our table. I think under the circumstances I was expecting that the all restaurant staff would be wearing masks. Our personal server was excellent and respectful of the protocol.

Such a great restaurant with a beautiful view. Service was fantastic. Can't wait to go back.

Atmosphere - Outstanding! Love dining outdoors and the patio with the retro trailer/bar is tres chic! Boats in the background marina and the marina lights coming on at dusk ... magical!

Food - My three favourites are no longer on the menu ... so time to try something new ... with some trepidation.
-- Garlic Shrimp App - was a little concerned about the price-point until I saw the portion size ... perfect for sharing (2 people as an appetizer or up to 4 for each to get a taste and not fill up before the main.)
-- Tuna Ceviche - delicious and generous portion as well - Definite re-order!
-- Shrimp pasta - A heavier dish than the previous version (our old go-to favourite - hard to improve on perfection) - Still tasty, somewhat "heartier" and more "buttery" with less heat/spice than previously. Chilis available on the side for those with a taste for that sort of thing.
-- Steak Frites - Cooked perfectly, tasty, and 8oz (after one of the large appetizers) was more-than-enough food to round out a hearty meal
-- Lindt Chocolate and Peanut Butter Torte - VERY tasty ... the peanut butter is just-a-hint and not at all overwhelming ... combined with the berries ... delicious ... and further paired with Carlos' port wine selection ... a delectable little party in your mouth! (Note - Suggest asking for some of their coarse Florida Sea Salt on the side to sprinkle on top for that "salted chocolate" experience, and to further bring out the spicy notes in the Port wine!)

Service: Extraordinary as always - Carlos and his team make the experience pleasant, attentive without being invasive, and upbeat and friendly.

All-in-all ... the entire experience took me back to a very nice dinner out on holiday in the carribbean ... not easy to find in Ontario ... and well-worth the price of admission!

So glad for the reopening with the new patio. A great setting for delicious Portuguese inspired food and wine. Staff are as efficient and friendly as always.

Patio on the marina is nicely arranged and has a great summer ambiance. Staff and food were awesome as usual.

Excellent dinner as always. Fishbone is our favorite place to dine. We can always count on friendly, knowledgeable and attentive service, delicious food and an amazing atmosphere.

The food was excellent, so nice to enjoy a meal that had creativity and full of flavor and the the usual "normal" that you get at popular Restaurants. The service was great even under special circumstances. Only 15 minutes away, don't have to drive all the way to Toronto for an authentic meal.

Sitting on the patio was fabulous! Food and service is always outstanding!

As I said during dinner, this is my favourite restaurant anywhere close to Barrie. Nobody can beat the taste of their dishes. Very friendly and welcoming.

Yet another award winning experience at Fishbone! Highly recommended ... from the chorizo appetizer to the shrimp linguine main to the chocolate mousse dessert paired with the maitre'd's port selection ... Carlos and the rest of the staff hit a home run every time!

Amazing food and great staff. Very nice looking restaurant with a great ambiance to it. Our food apparently took longer than they thought was right even though my girlfriend and I didn’t think it did, but the manager wanted to make it right and gave us desserts on the house. Will be back again when we’re in innisfil during the summer.

We very much enjoyed our first dining experience at Fishbone in Friday Harbour. Our server, Jamie, guided us expertly through the menu and gave us a great show deboning my fish dinner. The washrooms are lovely, clean and feature beautiful lotions and soap. We felt valued and look forward to our next visit.

Myself and some friends came in last night for some cocktails and a bite to eat. You cannot go wrong with this restaurant. The service was impeccable, dinner was delicious, and the ambiance is perfect for a nice night out. One of my favourite spots!

First time there. Food and ambience were excellent but our server, Roth was even better. Overall a great evening and will definitely be going back.

Wow! Warm and inviting modern interior with a stunning view outside. We were able to see the fireworks. Our server was fun, knowledgeable and perfectly attentive. Food was mouth wateringly delicious!! Highly recommend.

Honestly can say one of the best if not the best restaurant I have eaten at. The service was impeccable and truly does put the “high end” downtown barrie restaurants to shame.

Excellent service and loved the Octopus on your Barrielicious menu! Your wine list is outstanding. It's rare that I find so many good Portuguese and Spanish wines on a list in this area. Even your Prosecco by the glass is very good and wonderfully dry. We'll have to come by in daylight to enjoy the Harbour view.

Want there for Barrielicious. The service and the meal were excellent. The location is a bit out the way unless you live at Friday Harbour.
