Whilst the food was tasty it was very fast foodish. The meal took less than 30 mins from ordering to finished.

We had a fantastic dinner at the Fish Shack - Malahide. It's tucked back from the road, and has a lovely outside patio area where we were able to eat. The food was excellent. In my party, we had the Dover Sole special, the smoked fish in cheese sauce dish, oysters, and seafood linguine. We were all extremely happy. The desserts were beautiful as well. Service was quick and friendly. Prices were very reasonable. I would highly recommend and definitely return if I were in the area.

We both got the scampi. The scampi & chips were lovely but I felt the portion was very small. The wooden plate looked half empty. We paid but received the change for another table which left us €10 short, we did point this out and it got rectified.

Visit with friends before the George ezra gig. Restaurant was perfect. Was busy and queue out the door but food, friendliness and atmosphere was superb. It was our waitress 3rd day so service was poor but overall we really enjoyed it. Well done

Birthday lunch meal, first time. Very impressed, got the seafood platter for 2 to start and then the fish and chips which is haddock and tastes excellent... Could do with more fries though maybe! Staff very helpful and attentive.

The music was awful and too loud, therefore not very ambient. Restaurant music should be subtle and calm. Not loud and only for the younger peoples taste like in a bar. Other than that if was fine.
