We’ve dined here twice now, and while the food has been consistently good, the service has left a lot to be desired. Both visits have followed a similar pattern: attentive when taking our initial order, then a long stretch of feeling forgotten by the wait staff. Most recently, our drinks didn’t arrive until after we had finished both our starter and salad — despite ordering everything at the same time. Later in the meal, the server offered my wife a second drink and brought a sample to taste, but then never followed up with the full pour until the end of the meal. We also ordered a side of vegetables that never arrived, and by the time we realized, it no longer felt worth mentioning. It’s disappointing, because the kitchen is clearly putting out quality food. With more attentive service, this could be a standout spot. But for now, we’re hesitant to return given the consistent lapses in hospitality.

It took 10-15 minutes before our server came over. When she did, we ordered drinks and a couple of appetizers. They have a section of dips, but you need to order bread, or it does not come with the dip. At least - that it what she told us when we asked. The dip and bread came out quickly, but the cheese did not come out for about 20 minutes. We tried flagging her down to order more drinks. When we finally did, my friend ordered a glass of wine. That took maybe 15 minutes to come out. Throughout all of this, we were still having a nice time. But then realized that we had been there for an 1 hour + 15 minutes and she had not told us the specials or asked us about ordering entrees. She popped by and said “Is there anything else that I can get you tonight?” So we asked for the check (which took another 10 minutes to get). My friend complained to the manager. He blamed the server, which is unprofessional. Nothing was done to correct the situation, so we left. And even though the food sounds good (their Instagram is killing it!) we will not go back.

my partner and i had a fabulous meal here. we celebrated our anniversary and were welcomed with small glasses of prosecco - which was so kind and unexpected. the food was phenomenal, the service was great, and the restaurant itself is beautiful. we will be returning!

Please improve the desserts. For a restaurant with these price points, they could really be elevated. Too much “chocolate crumbs garnish” on everything. Additionally, while the focaccia bread tastes good, for the price, it could have been warm.
