Love this place for its daily specials, its ambiance / mood, the friendliness / approachability of servers, its wonderful connection with the leadership team, and overall dining experience. Years ago, I described it as a modern day Cheers setting ... where everyone knew your name ... and your likes/dislikes. Over time, Fish City has morphed into our "go to" spot 3-4 times a week and we've come to know the servers and the management team at a personal level. Staff has minimal turnover which means that management team is doing something right to keep talented servers on board and loyal to the restaurant ... and ... their customers. Loyal employees translate to loyal customers and a successful business. Highly recommended for anyone looking for freshly cooked seafood, nicely presented, and readily personalized to accommodate personal preferences.

We've been eating here off and on for the past year and really enjoy the place. We've had outstanding service on most occasions and when it wasn't outstanding it was still very good. We really enjoy the oyster nachos and the charred oysters. The menu is reasonably priced and the staff is knowledgable on the food on the menu. I've enjoyed watching all the staff help with ordered, filling drinks, bussing (not just worried about their own tables). I've even seen the manager(s) and kitchen staff helping out in the dining room. My wife and I will continue to dine here on a regular basis.

The food is good and so are the drinks. Good casual restaurant. They reduced their menu over the years but have some good specials. They could add some old favorites back.
