Delicious food, wonderful service, and loved the ambience!
Food was excellent. One person in our party had questions on the menu and it was easy to tell it was annoying to our service staff. Also, no substitutions we’re allowed.
Everything we are was delicious! Highly recommend the seafood tower and the key lime pie.
No atmosphere at all , very dark inside , got seafood tower it was alright but loved the look , mashed potatoes and Brussels sprouts with the NY strip was so good and waiters very nice
I ordered a medium ribeye. It arrived to the table well done. I sent it back. The next steak came back rare and I sent it back again. Third time was a charm…it finally arrived medium. Steak was too salty! This meal was not worth the high prices in my opinion.
Celebrating a birthday. We didn’t get one of the nice seating corners, but it was fine. The staff is extremely cordial, and the manager, Chris, is super cordial and professional. The ambiance is different and eye-catching. We ordered the ceviche, scallops, halibut, baby carrots, fried fish, key lemon pie, and mango sherbet. The best were the dessert, baby carrots, and scallops. The ceviche, fried fish, and halibut were very bland with little taste. If you like Arthur Treacher's Fish and Chips chain food, you’ll like the fried fish; the check was close to $300.
Fantastic food! Very pricey. Would come back!!
1. The food generally was excellent - tuna salad, conch fritters, croquetas, salads and shrimp & grits were all first rate, but the lobster roll was disappointing.
2. Excellent service all round.
3. Not great value for money, but none of the restaurants on Paradise Island is.
Having a reservation offered no advantage. We were put at a table that faced a wall with no ocean view when several open tables facing the water were available. The food was over-priced and mediocre at best. The steak was more than a quarter of fat and we paid $20 just for water with no option for regular water. Very disappointed and crushed that a reservation through open table netted such a crappy table, which cast a bad vibe for the rest of the dinner.
Really good dishes! Great service. Awesome overall
This was the biggest letdown. I was so excited to eat at this restaurant and made reservations in advance of my trip. The restaurant is nice, not exceptional in any way. I expected the food to be the star, and I was sadly mistaken. I ordered the lobster bisque and it was probably one of the worst lobster bisques I’d ever eaten. 3 chunks of chewy, over cooked lobster and 4 croutons with creme fraiche and sprigs of dill; they poured a broth over the top that can only be described as a salt bomb. I ate two bites and pushed it away. Asked for the recommendation between the halibut and local fish and explained that I like white flaky fish that is mild- was given the oiliest, chewy, bland piece of fish I’ve ever gotten. Didn’t make it past one bite. Ordered a loaded baked potato with no chive; came with chives AND needed salt and pepper; completely void of seasoning. Literally only ate the free bread, and the baked potato I had to season and paid $130. Do NOT recommend this
The ambiance, food, service was incredible - all of our expectations were exceeded. I'm hesitant to say anything that isn't 100% positive because of how great our experience was, but I just want to note in case in could help someone else. While delicious, the lobster rolls were the only downside to our dinner. I almost feel like it isn't fair to review them, because we ate the entire dish. However, I just wanted to note how small the amount of lobster was. For $28, I would have assumed the lobster would have been the star of the dish, but we unfortunately could only taste the bread/accoutrements. On the other hand, the Seafood Tower was bigger than we expected and also deliciously fresh, so it definitely made up for the tiny amount of lobster in the lobster rolls. Overall, a great experience and I would highly recommend.
Bartender made wrong drink service slow
Unreal place, amazing food
Not a great value. Decent food, wouldn’t go back.
The staff was consistent . At every phase of our dinner they ensured that our needs were met. However very disappointed with the the veggies.
Terrible food and atrocious service, missing courses and takes an age for them to do anything, would never go back
Service was super friendly and helpful. Food was excellent. Only request is for less air conditioning - we all had to run back for an extra layer and we’re here for lovely temps
Service was not very good. Took a long time to be able to order and get drinks. Never got cheddar biscuits.
Fish was our favorite by far! The food was great!!!
Overall, we were a little disappointed. We expected a little more from a restaurant specializing in seafood. Two of the diners had steak, and they were prepared better than the seafood.
Spent over $700.00 for a very wobbly table! I think everything at the Atlantis is very overpriced
Nice layout of the tables makes it not a noisy places at all.
Had a nice cocktail, awesome cheddar biscuit appetizers, a grilled beat salad and a wonderful Snapper and good Vermicelli Mac and Cheese with lobster dinner. Really liked the food.
Per the menu, Conch is available, but not on the night we went. Prepared 4 or 5 different ways it is a great place to try this local dish.
Service was great, though the waiter didn’t know some of the ingredients in the dishes. For example the beets were pickled, the waiter said they were not. We would have not ordered the beet salad if the waiter knew they were pickled.
Definitely a place to return to for a great meal again
The biscuits are amazing. The corn chowder and snapper were fantastic!!
Beautiful restaurant, amazing service with great views. Unfortunately the food was very underwhelming, an expensive steak was majority fat and lobster rolls were about 10% lobster and 90% bread :(
Excellent food and service. Very attentive staff.
The lobster was incredible …
One of the best meals I’ve ever had! The halibut and snapper were delicious. Great service. Romantic atmosphere. A must visit! Get the key lime for dessert - incredible!
an experience to remember, probably best meal in 40 years
Amazing service!! Food was delicious. Went for our 2nd anniversary and daughters 1st birthday.
Food was good but not $200 good. Service and ambience were nice
This was the most attentive service and imaginative food we have had all week.
Way to smoky
Food did not live up to Andre’s standard
A must go while in Bahamas. Great place to eat. My kids and wife love it!
So reading reviews I was a little nervous but love and wanted seafood, preferably local and somewhat authentic if possible. There are few options at Atlantis. I know seafood is fresh and so menus my change and no true seafood restaurant has a consistent selection. I have to say the food was AMAZING! My server was AMAZING! Cheryl helped me to select dishes based on my preferences and course them out. She also helped me to select a perfect beverage to pair. The ceviche came out first. I was a bit confused by sweet potatoes and corn in it but it was the best ceviche I ever had!! Second course was tropical conch salad. All of the ingredients created the perfect tropical punch in every bite. Finally I had the fried conch. I did not know what to expect but I knew the island is know for this. SO good!! Seasoned perfectly! I highly recommend this place and ask for Cheryl, you won’t regret it.
The food was amazing. The service was excellent. Definitely want to come back
This is hands down Atlantis’s finest. The halibut was outstanding.
It’s not as expensive as you would expect in comparison to the other restaurants
Excelent menu, really good quality!!
We enjoyed every plate.
Food is well thought out and complex, as you’d expect. The service was horrible. My wife has a gluten allergy, and one staff member said they couldn’t alter the dishes for her. Then another one said they could, but with confusion. Our table had no napkins or knives, even after the appetizers arrived. We had to ask for utensils and napkins. We have eaten at several other restaurants at the resort where service is prompt, the table is set, and the servers were more friendly. Carmine’s, for example, at half the price, was much better overall. A disappointing experience that would embarrass Jose Andrés.
Seafood tasted like it was cooked days before service.
