Fish by Michelin-starred chef José Andrés, is an upscale experience that remains down-to-earth and welcoming. It’s the perfect place to enjoy a truly innovative meal in a stunning high-design setting. It is the resort’s flagship seafood experience and not to be missed by any aficionados of creative cuisine.

Reservation cancellation requires guests to cancel before 4PM on the day of the reservation. Failure to cancel will result in a no-show fee of $50 per person if guests do not arrive within 15 minutes of their reservation.

Dress Code Policy: Resort Casual. Athletic and beachwear, baseball caps, flip-flops, Crocs, and slippers are not permitted. Gentlemen should wear lightweight pants or shorts paired with a fashionable shirt, with a collared shirt recommended for evenings. Ladies can choose from smart casual resort daywear to fashionable evening attire.

    The food was very good The ambience was ok Our waiter was very good But the food took too long to come out By the time we received our food it was so late we lost appetite and even decide to not have desert

    Biscuits, tropical conch salad, rib eye, desserts - all 10/10 - but the meal was almost ruined by the lobster mac & cheese. It has no depth, like something out of a blue box made when there’s nothing else in the fridge; and there was barely any lobster.

    What a fabulous dining experience at this upscale seafood restaurant. We started with the bread service and it tasted like a cross between sweet cornbread and a biscuit..It was very unique and very delicious. For appetizers we had to conch fritters and they were phenomenal. When you bite into them, there was a creamy center that melted it in your mouth and the outside was perfectly fried and crisp. The macaroni and cheese with jumbo crab was also very good. The crab cakes were OK not the best I’ve had but they were passable. For dinner entree, my friend had the grouper and it was literally phenomenal. It was super flavorful and cooked to perfection and surrounded by a sauce that had a unique, sweet flavor that I have never had before. If I were to return, the grouper would be a must. We also had the shrimp and grits. The grits were creamy and well seasoned and the shrimp was fresh. They were also an excellent choice. We both had a glass of red wine and white wine and both were delicious. I also had a dirty martini that was good. The only thing I will say that is negative is that our waitress spent a lot of time talking to another table and not so much time speaking to us. I also thought it was odd that she brought me a box to box up my own food because usually at a restaurant at this price point you would expect the waitress to box up the food for you. This is one of the best dining restaurants in Atlantis and I will definitely return. When we come back, I think I want to try the whole fried fish because I seen someone get it and it looked absolutely delicious and beautifully plated like artwork.

    We had an awesome experience at Fish. The service was spot on, atmosphere beautiful and energetic. The food was amazing, especially the conch salad, conch fritter (best ever), crab cakes, halibut, and the zucchini soup was out of this world. Highly recommend.

    One of my favourite places. I have been five times and never disappointed. Staff are very warm and friendly. It's always busy because it's great

    Way overpriced. We had 4 meals, the shrimp and grits was delicious. Everything else was subpar for price. The lobster roll for the kids was barely eatable. Too much sauce. Wine selection by the glass wasn’t great, my son got the steak which was flavorful but not worth $80. Waitress was nice but not informative of anything on the menu. It was basically get in and get out. Great decor and pretty view but we will not return.
