   This is a regular favourite from the many Hastings Old Town pubs. It is unique in that it has its own brewery, just up the road, producing a selection of fine traditional ales and beers in additional to our regional favourite, Harvey's of Lewes best bitter. Food is varied and always good but I can never resist the salt beef sandwich!

   We waited over an hour for the food to be served. But it was good food

   What a great meal, the perfect Sunday lunch and my big recommend is to lave space for pudding. you won't regret it. THanks to the lovely FILO team.

   Lovely meal. Options for vegetarian although a V symbol would help the veggie options stand out. But great tasty food at a reasonable price and good service and atmosphere.

   Went to the new Thai night on a Monday. Food was absolutely fantastic! Very friendly staff as always.

   Wonderful evening with our group of friends. We were expecting steaks but were pleasantly surprised to have a curry evening. Great evening had by all.

   Fish and chips, liver and bacon & pasta. All were delicious and served with smiles. Can’t fault this place.

   Excellent food, Excellent service! Great beer and fantastic value, where can you get steak now for £22?.The pub has a great ambience and the guys who work there are delightful! We highly recommend it! Just book a table!

    Very good Sunday roast. Went for a Mother’s Day meal. Very enjoyable and food was brilliant. Guinness also great. Will certainly return. Only thing to be improved, staff can only accept cash tips , as they cannot manually add charges to card machine. Unfortunately we only had card which made it difficult to tip
