   Massive disappointment! The food is nowhere near as good as an Asian restaurant. I had high hopes before going to the restaurant but turns out the food was so bad. I definitely won’t be back!!!

   We brought our friends from Dublin to your restaurant John was out chef and was so friendly and funny. The food was excellent. All the staff were friendly and helpful. This restaurant is definitely worth a visit and you need to book the experience of the chef cooking the food in front of you. Will be back real soon. Thank you

    Fabulous food, and staff were very friendly and attentive. It was my partner’s birthday and they brought down a dessert and played happy birthday. Reasonably priced, good value for money. Cannot recommend enough. We will definitely be back very soon.

    20th Wedding Anniversary,Arrived 7pm.. sat at the end of the bar witch was freezing. Ordered a cocktail and a beer had to ask where the cocktail was..witch wasn’t nice. Starters arrived witch were poor. Then the chef came out to cook the mains, he was trying to do tricks with his utensils and kept dropping them, then to tell us he’s been only doing this for 2 week…scallops came 1st had to ask for plates.. steak 2nd by this time the scallops were cold then bring up the rear the veg came or shredded cabbage onions and peppers.. actually the worst Asian food I’ve ever had. So disappointed as the venue is very well decorated and has so much potential…O when the chef came out he brought his friend witch was his 1st night for him to watch how to cook..😬

    Booked Firestone for a party of 13 as night 1 of 2 night Hen Party & we were all thrilled with the overall experience. From my dealings with staff from booking the initial numbers to increasing our party size over time, they were excellent to deal with and super accommodating. The 13 of us sat bar side & we all thoroughly enjoyed the experience with Adam providing great entertainment as well as fantastic food. The staff were all excellent, efficient, friendly.     Took a long time for the food to come even though it wasn't that busy. When the food did come, it didn't come all in one go. At one point 3 of the 5 diners in our table were close to finishing their mains before the final two meals came. Food also came cold especially the ramen. The futomaki rolls were nice though which was the main highlight food wise. But overall, not a great experience.

    Had no idea about the menu as had never rated Japanese before. Staff were so helpful taking time explaining what was what. Good arrived quickly and was delicious. I’m going back with my family to sit by the bar where you can watch it all happen

    Went with a table of 9 for work and we were well taken care of, food came quickly, as did drinks, staff were courteous and even split the bill along the lines we wanted it split which made it easier to put things on company card.

    We went as a group of 10 and had a great Teppanyaki experience. The food was very tasty (I had the lamb with black pepper and garlic sauce which was yum!) and the Teppenyaki chef was very entertaining. Would definitely recommend it for a family or group event or team building experience.

    It was a lovely experience, would definitely come back again. Visited there with a family. Tried our hands on several drinks such as, cocktails, mock tails and martini; all of them were superb, highly recommended. Tried Crab roll, salmon sushi, noodles and sizzling chicken; authentic taste of all the disused. My five years old loved the food too. Staff was very welcoming, ensuring they are there to serve you well, atmosphere was cheerful. The live counter was bustling, will try that out on next visit.

    The experience and ambience was worth it as the chefs were engaging and entertaining . However, the food portions were small with very little sauce provided. I highly recommend the Sakura mocktail- 10 out of 10.

    Food was really lovely, the showcooking was good fun! Restaurant changed our Reservation from 8.30pm to 8pm however show cooking did not start to 8.30 and we didn't get food until 9pm. We weren't offered starters or aware this was an option with the show menu. Other couples around the table were served starters altho they had arrived before us. It would have been nice for staff to explain process. Drinks Service was very slow. Cocktails were lovely!
