Fireside Pies is just perfect! Their salads are amazing, and the goat cheese appetizer is incredible! And the pizzas are the best in Dallas! Megan was our server and she was so sweet and top of her game!

Our server was exceptional. She was informative and attentive. The food was well prepared.

This was our first time to eat at Fireside Pies. We tried several of the appetizers and highly recommend their Burrata Mozzarella Crostini. The crostini was hot and crunchy and the burrata mozzarella was creamy deliciousness. We didn't particularly care for the flavor of the Molten Meatballs. The cucumber-dill yogurt sauce on the salmon and farrow dish is light and refreshing. The service at Fireside Pies was fantastic! We will definitely go again.

They weren’t busy at all and after my experience this time I can see why. The service was pretty poor which is disappointing because the food is delicious. Our waitress had a terrible attitude. She was clearly annoyed by the 2 year old with us and it was apparent she had no interest in being at work this evening. On top of that, when I got my bill I saw they had overcharged me and when I asked the hostess for a menu so I could check pricing she said “what do you need” and smirked at me like I was bothering her.

Great food but there are a ton of good restaurants to pick from in Plano, so I highly recommend stepping up your staff if you want to have returning guest.

Our New Years Eve plans suddenly changed and we needed to make an early evening plan instead. So lucky to find room here for delicious salad and pizza. Made for a fun early night and salvaged our New Years celebration. Great service. Really was perfect!

Amazing service and atmosphere!

Been going for years. Always buy a couple of gift cards, too because we have always liked it so much. Last trip on 12/23...not so much. Had reservations and got seated right away. Took over half an hour to get our orders taken. Had a new waitress, she said she was new. Drinks ordered. Five received drinks, sixth did not although we saw it ready at the bar. We finally got up and got it ourselves. During the evening the same guy ordered a second of the same. Same service. We had to go get it and we made a joke that we wanted it before the ice all melted. It took OVER another half hour to get our food. It wasn't crowed so have no idea why the service was so poor. Fortunately we have gone to Fireside Pies for years and knew this was not the norm. Maybe this wasn't the waitresses fault but she had a bit of an attitude as well as the poor service that was probably coming from the kitchen. Heard there had been a power outage in that area earlier in the day. Maybe that had something to do with it. We were very generous with our tip. Hopefully the waitress will improve.

Everything was delicious!! We were sad they don’t have the crab claws anymore though.

Our waitress (I think her name was Megan) was fantastic! The food was also amazing!

Fireside Pies is just such a great option for awesome food, drinks and service. We had the spinach artichoke dip, cheese salad, triple roni pizza and bread pudding. Everything was great (and our margaritas were half price for happy hour). Legacy West has stolen a lot of attention from the Shops but Fireside Pies is still one of the best nights out in the area.

This is one of my favorite spots. Excellent food, good drinks and have never been disappointed in the meal or service. The spinach artichoke dip is amazing. We had a wings special in pepadew pepper sauce and they were awesome. Pizza is top notch and salads are very tasty. Definitely recommend for a night out with friends, date night, or celebration! It was my birthday and this is where I wanted to go! Thoroughly enjoyed it and can’t wait to go back!

My waitress was very rude, never introduced herself WOULDNT allow us to do half and half on our pizza. It was a terrible experience so we decided to have dinner elsewhere.

Great service! Made reservation requesting table to accommodate a wheelchair, walked in the manager greeted us and had table ready.

Great pizza. We love meeting friends here. We always get the Neapolitan pizza.

We have celebrated a few occasions there and it alway provides a wonderful.

I brought my 2 grandchildren for dinner. The food was okay but not fantastic. The price plus a 20% tip which is normal for me, was over $80. That was way too much money for pizza no matter how “healthy” it is. I won’t come back.

Had not been for awhile, but glad we came back. Great food and great service. Our group of six got three salads and three pizzas. It was the perfect amount of food. Love the Sangria, too; however, I wish they still had pitchers like they did a number of years back. I would recommend this restaurant.

Our server wasn’t attentive but I don’t believe a it was his fault. He was the bartender, server, expo and food runner and he couldn’t do it all. I was never offered a refill and my soda was empty when my food arrived. It took 15 minutes for him to bring the bill and I had to go to the bar and have him cash it out. I am only in Dallas for meetings and I come here each time and it’s really unfortunate that my only summer visit was ruined by the lack of service.

Service was great from our server. They were very busy with a large party that was sat right next to us :/ they were extremely loud and it was difficult to enjoy. I ordered a beer and it was served in a hot glass which made my beer room temperature. I was unable to flag my server because she was very busy. I took it upon myself to take it to the bartender and explain to her about the beer. She said that she would bring it out to me. I guess you forgot about me so I had to ask the waitress when she came by again. She finally went to the bar and got the beer herself and brought it to me and it was just fine. I ordered my pizza extra crispy with light sauce. And of course it was very soggy and drenched with sauce. As a personal rule I try not send food back because I don’t like to waste. So I did eat some of my food however I just enjoy it very much. They were very apologetic and the manager even stop by and gave us some coupons. They did not charge me for the pizza and I truly did not ask for that. Overall just a poor dining experience. Probably will not be back
