Great place to dine & take a date. Good service & good food.
Great Food. Great service. All-around amazing dinner provided. I will definitely be back again!
As always, the food was fantastic. Our Server, Dina, took her time to explain menu items and make fantastic recommendations. She even spoke to out children as if they were adults ensuring that they were comfortable in making thier choices and happy with their meals. We always have a great experience at Firepoint!
We enjoyed dining at Firepoint for the first time. We requested a booth and were taken to a booth. Our food was very good and the service was excellent. My guests enjoyed the pizza and short ribs. The soft ice cream and creme brûlée were excellent. The waiter suggested the Malbec to go with the short ribs and it was an excellent recommendation.
From the time we entered the restaurant till the time our meal was finished, everything was perfect. Will definitely be going there soon!
First, we have been to Firepoint and have had good meals. This visit wasn’t the same. The service was great but the food was not, especially for the price. My daughter ordered prime rib and when it was brought to the table, it was unidentifiable. My husband’s steak was mediocre, and my meal was just ok. My other daughter had a kids meal of dry chicken fingers. The only good meal was my mother in law’s pasta. They do have a good beer list. If I do return, I will stick to pizza and beer.
As usual, the food was delicious from the appetizers to dessert. Service was quick.
The food is pricy but not wowed. My husband discovered a 10 inch black hair in his mouth while eating his meal. Things happen but it was pretty gross. The waitress and management were very apologetic. Our daughter in law ordered her beef cooked medium and it was well done and overcooked becoming very tough. Both meals were taken off the bill and they were offered other options. Both declined. As I stated the waitress was excellent and very attentive and apologetic. Most likely we are one and done.
Food and drinks were amazing. Seating was bad, first booth next to kitchen which is loud. Service seemed to forget about us. Overall 7/10 and that’s because of the food and drinks.
Joe the server made the experience. He was attentive and helpful!
very nice Saturday brunch.
Food was delicious!!!! We had the short rib flatbread and the shrimp salad. Ordered a bottle of Cabernet, but it was WAY too cold when it was served. Service was just ok.
Meh. Appetizers- fried olives and tuna tartare were good. Cioppino was like steamed shellfish in tomato soup served with slightly burnt toast- over priced and disappointing- next time I’ll get the burger
Didn’t care for the chicken salad flavor and the lobster bisque was very salty. The waitress told us there would be pieces of lobster on top but there wasn’t any. Wine was $12-15 a glass. For 2 people we spent $65 plus tip for Fried olives, 2 glasses of wine, and two 1/2 soup/1/2sandwiches. Very overpriced for lunch. I value attentive service, but the server was constantly interrupting our conversation asking if everything was ok. Disappointing experience. I wouldn’t go again.
We have been to Firepoint a few times and have been disappointed each time. The service was poor. Although our waitress was nice, it was impossible to track her down. We needed something at our table after our food was delivered and we waited so long we eventually gave up before our food got cold. She did not return until after we were done to ask if everything came out ok. The food itself was good, but absolutely not worth the price point that we paid for the dinner. For a dinner of three, we got one appetizer, one main each, one cocktail and one bottle of Perrier and the dinner came out to over $100. It will likely be a long time before we decide to give this place another chance.
Me and my girlfriend had a great time. The server was very good and the food was exceptional as well.
Great service and vibe; food was unremarkable. Would try again though.
Had a great dinner experience celebrating a friend's birthday! Our waitress was fabulous, very knowledgeable, and walked us through all the highlights on the menu. The food and cocktails were delicious, and portions were plentiful. Our birthday girl is gluten-free due to Celiac Disease, and their menu was super accommodating. She really enjoyed her meal.
Overall it was a wonderful experience!
Very good brunch.
Bryant was very attentive and prompt. Great service.
My petite ny strip was decent, my friend’s was a little tough. My husbands short ribs were overcooked. Waitress was very friendly and the place is nice but at over $30 per entree I would not return for dinner. Maybe happy hour or appetizers
Lobster bisque was excellent.
First time visiting, will be repeat customer.
Great atmosphere without being too proper/up-tight. The Valentine's Day specials were delicious, and our server, Dina, was extremely friendly. We'll definitely be coming back.
We had a great Valentines dinner here. My husband had the surf and turf and I had the Prime rib - everything was delish. My favorite, though, was the bag o’ donuts for dessert. I would come back for that alone - genius!
Expensive prime rib was barely warm. Had to send back lukewarm baked potato. The new one was hot on one side and hard and undercooked on the other. The service was very good, though. I wish the quality of the food was at the same level.
My three family members had eggs/crab Benedict, they were delicious! I ordered the veggie omelet, it was a flat circle (like a pancake), not thin and folded over. A side of potatoes, and an order of sour bread toast. The omelet was tasty, but really greasy like it was cooked on a grill with other greasy foods! The potatoes were fried a dark brown, but expected them to be greasy. The thickly sliced sour dough bread was grilled as well and greasy, plus was given a cup of beautiful little butter balls. Not the healthiest brunch entree.
We were celebrating our daughter’s birthday
Really good service and we've always enjoyed our food. The ribs are especially good. It's a bit pricey for Newtown Square, but it's nice to have such a nice dining option in the area.
Very good food and our server was Gina who made our experience outstanding!! Great night.
All very good!
I recserved a table for 6 and upon arriving at the restaurant, our table was ready. The restaurant was very busy on a Saturday night, however, our food did not take long to come out, our orders were correct. I had the wood-fired chicken with the veggie slaw, and I would highly recommend it as it was tender, moist and delicious. I would highly recommend this restaurant for groups!
Had a good waiter and everyone liked their meals. Seated right next to a service station in a somewhat crammed booth.
The food was delicious, I love the ambiance of this restaurant.
Please let ppl finish their meal before you take their plates.
Food was not hot had to seen two dishs back and all they did was stick them in micho and they still were just warm.Very pricy and bad quaily
The service was really good and food was awesome.
The service was excellent! One of the people at the table was on a very restricted diet in preparation for a surgical procedure. The waitress was very personable knowledgeable and patient with him offering many suggestions and checking on ingredients! The food was delicious and we enjoyed the evening with no problems!
Our server was excellent. Friendly and attentive. Firepoint Grill is nicely decorated in a modern style. Menu is seasonally themed, along with adventurous and creative plays on the classics. Fresh ingredients and fast service is my experience. Only drawback, noise level can get a bit high. Otherwise, it’s the place to be with friends on a Saturday night.
