Common buffet fare with minute portions at the carving station. It’s the same elsewhere. Side dishes and deserts were excellent and the pre-dinner oysters were fresh and abundant. Would definitely do again.
Easter brunch was terrific. We love Firepoint Grill and the brunch certainly did not disappoint. The food was plentiful, delicious and varied. The restaurant was full and there were children present but the noise level was low to moderate. There was no difficulty hearing conversations.
The brunch was very over priced. The selections were slim, even with the omelette choices.
I don't recall even seeing bagels. Not happy.
Had Easter brunch here! Great food and experience! Will return!
The food really was a let down. Hummous was bland, salads over dressed in cloying dressing. I won't be going back.
Service was fantastic!!!
The service was exceptional! Burger was very good! Ask for the fried well done! They were much better that way
Nice place, great food. Definitely will be back
Great atmosphere. Drinks good. Garnishes fresh and not wilted. Crab and artichoke dip good, not worth $16. Pepperoni pizza was good. Friend had falafel, enjoyed it. Carrot cake was outstanding, don’t miss it. Skip the donuts - it’s pizza dough fried. They were dense and heavy. Completely disappointed in them. Service was terrific.
As always good as usual.
The patio is lovely, food was delicious. Gluten free menu was so helpful! Our server was amazing!!
Trendy bar and restaurant. Our dinner was three hours and we never felt our stay was too long. Great food!
The food was excellent as well as the service. Plus you carry my favorite scotch!
We love the ambience and menu, but it's overpriced and super slow service. The manager worked hard to make up for slow service and being out of an item several of us ordered.
Our waiter was wonderful!!! Mr. Lance did a great job explaining the menu as first time guest and was very attentive. We can't wait to go back and try more yummy things on the menu!
Superb Service! Awesome Waitress!! Great staff!
Overall good... got the scallops which were good!! But sauté veggies had too much oil.
Lobster Bisque was awesome! Our Waiter Joe was exceptional! Should have more pasta selections on Fridays during Lent
Service was great. Food was fantastic!
Great friends, great food, great service, great experience!
Always a favorite! The carrot cake is supreme! Bacon appetizer is the best around.
Everything was great except the giant chocolate chip cookie. It was hard, dry, cold and not worth the calories. =(
We actually returned it and got it taken off the bill.
You need a warm chocolate chip cookie that is gooey and soft. Just my 2 cents.
5 Star look, feel, and prices. Can’t deliver with food quality. Among other things, Food was dry as a bone and literally had the be choked down. This place won’t last once people in the area realize they are designed to feed off of Corporate dollars from SAP and vendors staying at the hotel. The Old Fashioned’s that I had were really good. And service was friendly. I had heard bad things going in and wanted to experience for myself. Ultimately I won’t be back.
Our server was great! A fun night!!
Food and service was great.
Not our first time and will not be our last. 👍
Swordfish was tasteless. Baked instead of grilled. No taste at all. If grilling chef needs to watch so fish doesn't dry out. Not that hard. Wine very overpriced and thought bread was complimentary but waitress forgot to say the charge which was ridiculous - $7! And very bland too.
I’ve been to Firepoint for brunch / lunch. Always solid quality food. Pancakes, waffles, omelette, burgers. Really, really good coffee. Looks like a nice selection of cocktails beer wine as well. I look forward to trying it for drinks/dinner. Service is top notch. The room / ambience is very nice
Always a great spot.
Great service, and even a special touch with a birthday surprise. It was difficult for my elderly mother in law to hear with the noise level. The food was OK. Burgers could’ve had a little more flavor and the pizza was a bit greasy. My son loved the rose sauce on his pasta.
We took an infant to her first dinner outside the home with some trepidation. This is a quality restaurant that is also infant friendly. Her baby seat fit beautifully sideways in the booth. The restaurant has a joyful background sound that masked the baby sound. The lighting is subdued so she fell asleep during our meal. The server was very helpful and understanding. The entrees were tasty and hearty. The restaurant has a very pleasant aroma from the wood fired oven. We’ll definitely come back.
Service and management were excellent. Seated right away, had a guest who is blind and uses a walker, they were incredibly helpful in sitting us close to the door-which I called about. Service was excellent!! No complaints. Food was amazing! Will be back
We had the roasted chicken with ribs and the filet. Both were awesome. We also had the Brie flatbread app which was decent. Would definitely go back.
New menu additions... loved the new scallops, but my husband not so much... too oniony and leafy green. Bag of donuts are yummy. Always an easy local place to go to for reliable good food and atmosphere
This is the first time we have been to Firepoint in a while because our last experience wasn't so great. I goota say they definitely upped their game! The food was very good and the service was excellent. The atmosphere also seems less loud and crowded than it was the first time. So happy we decided to give it another shot. We will definitely be going again!
Firepoint Grill... a homey dining experience where you are not rushed or seated on time even if you did make a reservation. But I'm not complaining because I forgot some people in my dining party are never on time. So it didn't bother me that we weren't seated 20 minutes after our reservations because that's when everyone else showed up. On top of that, during the course of our time there, we didn't feel rushed. We were given plenty of time to converse, finish conversations, place our drink orders, converse some more, place appetizers, talk some more, place order for main dishes, drink and eat, talk, etc. Food was really good. Definitely make reservations, show up on time, enjoy the bar, get seated, enjoy your meal and relax in good company.
My boyfriend and I came here to enjoy a delicious dinner before a movie at a local theater. This place is literally AMAZING! From the smell of the fire/wood pit when you walk-in, to the very polite staff, and absolutely amazing food I give it 5 stars. We started off with the cornbread and artichoke and crab dip that were both the best I’ve ever had! My boyfriend got their signature burger, which he loved with mashed potatoes. I got the crab cake burger with a side of the white cheddar Mac and cheese. Literally so amazing! Oh and I can’t lie we split a scoop of vanilla ice cream at the end too that was AMAZING! We’ll definitely be back. My 2nd time there in 3 weekends!
The burgers are good but they should be for the price. Appetizer was terrible and one entre was cold and barely edible.
Delicious short rib wood-fired pizza for lunch. Service always pleasant!
The food was very disappointing despite lovely decor and nice staff
