                                                              Yes, I am spoiled typically going twice a year to Italy and getting fantastic food there. It felt to me like Firenze has a good menu and uses all the right ingredients but are slightly lacking in putting it all together. The Carpaccio, yes it should have a dash of lemon to bring out the flavors - but here it was so much that the lemon was taking over. And the Gnocchi with mushrooms was okay but curiously bland. Previous visits have been better, so perhaps just a night when the chef didn’t fully stay on top of what the kitchen prepared? The Tiramisu didn’t disappoint, it was very tasty.

                                                              excellent service, very quiet compared to the other restaurants in Eataly, but obviously more expensive, but you are paying for that. Good ambiance and good view of lower Manhattan.

                                                              This is a beautiful venue with fabulous views from the expansive floor-to-ceiling windows. The food is fantastic—very authentic, like you’re eating in Italy. Service is impeccable—warm, friendly, knowledgeable. Everything was served in a timely manner, but without rushing you. A great place for a special occasion.
