   Service was fast and really polite. Wednesday has live music that was nice. Cauliflower "wings" were great and the burger was perfect! Great for date night or craft cocktails out.

   Your system doesn't work. We had a great evening. I described it with compliments to our server and the greeter who seated us. But then your system wouldn't let me submit my comments. The only option was to "go back". You need to check your system and work out the bugs.

   Extremely poor service. No utensils or napkin on table. Had to get it myself. No pen provided to sign bill. Food was good but poor service even when restaurant was not that busy

   We had reservations for 2 and the table they offered was the very smallest and closest to the door. There were other open non-reserved tables so we felt they should have had a larger one farther from the door reserved for us. We did ask for another table and were seated at a slightly better table. The server was very good and the food was good.

    We ordered the calamari as an appetiser and it was excellent ! I would definitely order it again! I ordered the scallop cooked on a hot rock for my dinner, we had asked the waitress was it a singular, one scallop, or was there more than one, she assured us there was more than one. It was ONE scallop! Sliced very thinly into about 6 slices. Served on a bed of an inedible salt rocks. The price was $20.00! Most absurd order I’ve ever had This has got to be so embarrassing for your restaurant. Warning, others of this ridiculous portion and cost!

    We had a delicious meal and appetizers. Great service as well. We went on a busy Friday night and couldn't hear each other over the music. Would absolutely go back, but maybe on a quieter week day.

    We came in for Thanksgiving with reservations and we were seated promptly. Wasn’t expecting high top table but the ambiance was lovely. The food on the other hand was subpar but decent portions. The butternut squash soup was a thick glob. There wasn’t anything “soupy” about it, more like baby food. The turkey and stuffing was dry, the green bean casserole was standard and semi flavorless. Would have liked to have the option of ordering from the regular menu items. As far as the service, barely attentive. When plates are set to the side on a small high top, take them away before you bring the next course. Setting empty beverages on the side of the table is also an indication of request refill. We appreciate you being open and serving on a holiday, nonetheless.

    I was excited to try this restaurant! It was my daughters birthday so I was treating her. I don’t mind paying a lot of great food. But we had a $300 dinner for two btw - and the food was poor at best. The only thing we can rave about was the salad. Don’t waste your time. Go to Tupelos or Caio Mambos instead.

    We came to dinner to enjoy the music offered. We are followers of the band big sky city lights and enjoyed it tremendously. The food was good. The Calimari was soggy and I didn’t enjoy it. Wonderful atmosphere.

    Started off slow as they just sat us at a high top, not our preference. We quickly asked to go to a low top and they accommodated. Pricey for just ok food. Food came out before drinks which is a no no in my book.

    We enjoyed the music and our cocktails (French 77 and beer) but the food was lacking. Our steak was overcooked and the calamari appetizer was so salty it was inedible and we had to send it back. We will return and hope for the best because we enjoy the music, it's convenient and a nice space.

    We live in Whitefish & have never eaten here so decided to try it! We are so happy we did! We really enjoyed ourselves with the unusual offerings on the menu, the top notch service by the very friendly staff & the wonderful ambiance of the surroundings! We will definitely come back.

    They made a lot more money on our four person, $259 bill, than we ever got served to us. For instance, duck wings looked and tasted like cheap bar food or frozen from the market junk. My scallop (singular) was a half a scallop in 7 small slices, $23. Robbery. A mediocre Peach and Burrata salad and, ta da, a decent three fish taco plate, also $23. Drinks had fun names and good ingredient lists but proved to be uninspired. A shared $15 Profiterole afforded us each one bite!? Lucky to be with entertaining good friends, we had fun and never dwelled on the food but all agree, NOT AGAIN to Firebrand for food. We'll sit there and visit over a beer or something because it is a nice room and at the walking edge of town. Vacationers probably won't mind the place just because, well, it's vacation. As locals we know we have much better options for quality and value.

    This is a wonderful restaurant to celebrate anything special or to just go and enjoy a great meal. We were celebrating my daughter in law's birthday. Our server was tremendous, knowledgeable and friendly. We split three appetizers - Calamari, Shishito Peppers, and a Charcuterie board. All were excellent. the highlight of the evening was the Hot Rocks. We split multiple orders of scallops and wagyu beef. Absolutely delicious and a fun time. We topped off the evening with some wonderful Creme Brûlée. You should definitely go to this restaurant.

    We had such a wonderful experience at FireBrand! The cocktails were spot on, the food was amazing and the service was excellent and personable. The shrimp and grits were the best I've ever had and the heat rock scallops were perfect. We will definitely be back!
