   This was my first visit to the restaurant, and it was to celebrate my birthday. The reservation process was very simple. The food was fantastic and not your typical menu. The service was also excellent. We had about a two minute wait for our table to be ready. If there’s anything that was less than pleasant it would be parking because this was a Sunday afternoon, just after church service (my reservation was for 1PM). Parking was available a relatively short walk away, and the parking was free.

   Ordered spinach and salmon salad, delived eggs and margaritas and pineapple vodka. Everything was amazing honestly. I received a perfect medium cooked salmon but it just was not flavorful at all.... all I tasted was smoke. I didn't think the eggs were gonna be good but the y great. I wish the bacon on them was actually candied though. My server Damian was amazing. Over all I can't wait to go back

    Firebirds Wood Fired Grill is one of our favorite places that we frequently visit. Love the atmosphere and the servers. Great service every time, food is fantastic and we never have any issues with our reservations. We love this place

    Another great lunch at Firebirds. My bride had her favorite salmon and I had the “Perfect Pair,” salad and sandwich. As always, beyond the ambiance and great food, we value the extraordinary service.

    Came with friends after a long day of moving. Waiter had seemed very grumpy and without affect. Ordered very expensive appetizer and the food came out 10 minutes after we received it. Waiter gave us wine glasses that were dripping wet and we had to dry them with our napkins (while he stood there). Ne brought two waters for table and never asked others if they wanted water. My wife ordered a $17 salad and it literally came as a bowl full of mixed greens. Told waiter and he said he was sorry. Manager came over and talked to us and offered us dessert. Then another manager came over to apologize and he apparently had just came off a smoke break…marijuana. Ugh. This was the worst experience at a Firebirds that we have ever had. Not sure it would be work going back for a $250 meal.

    The food has always been great. Some of the best steaks in town! Having said that, and even though their onion rings are usually some of the best, last night they came somewhat over fried. Maybe the chef was not paying attention, or the kitchen line manager was distracted, or took the customers for granted, I do not know, but this little detail goes a long way. Other than that, excellent service with excellent food.

    The service was very slow, but it was more the management than the wait staff. My wife’s first piece of salmon was mostly raw. The replacement piece was burnt. Drinks took forever because the “bar was backed up”. Overall it was a horrible experience

    Food was great.. service was very poor.. I only saw the waiter once to give the order and once to receive the food. I had to go get him to get the check and pay to finally leave. They weren’t crowded either. The other waiters and waitresses seemed attentive except for the guy I had. The food was great.

    Overall good food, great service, and ambiance. Definitely make a reservation. Could use a better beer selection on draft. Not specific to Firebirds, but I think the cost of meat, particularly steak, is ridiculously high.

    It was a nice evening out. We gathered to celebrate Jan/Feb birthdays. The server was great and was on top of our orders and refills. The food was good. It came out in a timely manner. We will be back.

    Food was pretty good! The ribeye steak was perfect and I loved the blue cheese sauce for the wings! The kids loves their fries and fingers. I had two long islands that had some kick and the ambience is beautiful. We will definitely be back.

    Service a bit slow and lacked attention to detail; ie forgot drink order twice. First time, came back and asked if I had made a drink decision and had to remind server I’d already given drink order. Second time, had to remind server I had asked for another drink when it still hadn’t come to the table after our entrees were finished. Food was okay, but not for the price. Overall disappointing and won’t return.

    Another great meal at Firebirds and this happens week after week without fail. This time it was soup and salad for me and seafood for my bride. And don’t miss the cream brûlée cheesecake. Impeccable service on every visit. Our favorite local restaurant.

    One of my favorite restaurants. The cod is always great. My favorite are the onion rings appetizer, and either the Blue Cheese steak or the Cajun Sirloin. They are always cook to order. The service is always excellent. My only complain is the deafening noise of people talking. Perhaps the management should consider improving the acoustics. Another observation, I just cannot hear if there is/was any music, which it’s absence makes an already noisy place sound like an upscale school cafeteria.
