   I want to explicitly say the only reason for even 3 stars on service was our server, Asia, she was amazing. We arrive roughly 13 minutes prior to our reservation to be told “we’ll let you know your table closer to your reserved time”. I didn’t realize 13 minutes was that far ahead to not just be told something more professional such as “your table will be ready in just a moment”. Then we are taken to our table and the booth seat was still wet with crumbs on it and the table had a wet circle as well. Letting a passing by server know this, she grabs napkins and just hands them to my fiancée (whose birthday we are there to celebrate for in the first place) for us to wipe down ourselves. I personally got the aged ribeye, ordered medium-well, and was given a steak that was completely overcooked to where it was nearly difficult to cut. This is very disappointing as we have been to this Firebirds location at least a dozen times and have never experienced this. As much as we were looking forward to dinner this night, we left extremely disappointed. The ONLY bright spot for the restaurant was our server, Asia, who was bubbly and attentive but not overbearing. Needless to say, we will probably be looking for a new restaurant to celebrate special occasions.

   The staff made my our dinner very special after my son’s graduation!! We had a private room! They made a sign and had 2 balloons in the center of the table! The service was amazing and the food was fantastic!!

   Busy Sunday night at the restaurant. Very loud. Crowded. Server might have been a little "green". Many missed items during service.

   The 3 course meal for 39.99 is great and the menu rotates. Gin and tonic was $9 and my wife got the Gin and tonic was $9 and my wife got The Fireside margarita which was 12

   Service was great, we were celebrating an Anniversary dinner with our family and we were brought a Happy Anniversary plate with fruits and creme brulee cheesecake, what a super nice touch! The 7 oz filet was perfectly seared and done, port mushrooms tasted great, - we all had great meals. Highly recommended!

   We  had reservations and And we got seated right away to a nice booth. Service was great. Food was great atmosphere as always good great Sunday afternoon.
