Food came out extremely fast. Halfway through the app, salads were there. 2 bites into salad, entree was there. Felt a little overwhelmed. Waiter apologized multiple times for how fast everything came. Other than that, perfect dinner.

This is one of our favorite places...but not up to usual standards on this visit. My soup was not hot, and the kobe meatloaf was small and a bit dry. My wife's stake salad was to peppery. The other folks with us were very happy with their meals....the service was very good...but someone cranked up the music (I guess in the bar which made conversation difficult in the dining area. Even the waitress commented on the volume.

Your prime rib was tough to eat, very chewy. Disappointed for the price. The philly cheese steak egg rolls were excellent and also the cider slaw.

Firebirds is always our choice for a nice evening out. Great food, drinks, service, and atmosphere.

Quality of food is very good. Great portion sizes. Steaks are fresh and cooked to order. It’s a little pricey. Very warm and welcoming environment.

Absolutely would recommend to anyone - we use this restaurant as a meeting place for family gatherings - we travel south - they travel north. Great food and drinks and the server was lovely! Many thanks. :-)

I made reservations arrived 15 min early only to have to wait for an additional 30min. Once seat we was waited on very promptly but only to wait for food to arrive 45 min later, food was well prepared and taste was great.. but the last suprise was the bill when I was charged for 2nd sides, when I thought a dinner meal comes with, the waitress stressed no most entree only have 1 side.. but overall experience was great.

Food was delicious and service was great. Having a reservation ensured we didn't have to wait for a table.

The food was delicious. Our server was just ok. She tried to push us a long with ordering and it seemed as if she were trying to feed us and move us out quickly! She also did not bring us bread until we asked for it. There also was not any soap in the dispensers in the ladies’ room.

Had a huge - and very tasty - burger. The server was excellent and the whole staff pitched in to help.

Always excellent food here, I’ve been going here over the years and their service and consistency is always superb.

Had reservation for 5. On time seating, service was great and timely. Food was wonderful. First time there. Will definitely return.

disappointed the portions including the cocktails have shrunk, the food portions are a lot smaller, the 12Oz prime rib was the size of a slice of lunch meat. the cosmos were in a shaker emptied only 3/4 of a glass full. at $175 for 3 people with only one appetizer and 1 desert , was disappointed. we had the special for 2, for $35 each came with one appetizer and one dessert , with a tiny 6oz filet the size of a mc Donald hamburger it wasn't a bargain.

Very nice waitress, great food, beautiful atmosphere but the music choice could have been better.

the steak was great, tender, cooked to perfection great taste on a warm plate, The service was great, server was there whenever we had a question or need another napkin or extra butter, The Baked potato at Firebird's is always done to perfection and the value of the meal is impossible to beat! Highly recommended.

This place is great, the bread to start is decent, but the ribs and steak is just perfect. I'd suggest this to anyone looking for pretty much anything grilled.

We always enjoying coming here doesn't matter if we are celebrating with 15-20 people or just a dinner for 2. The staff is always friendly and attentive and the food is always delicious.

Restaurant was clean and well kept. Wait staff seemed very friendly and efficient. The food was good, not great, and not at a level that set itself apart for other restaurants. The background music was played at a level that had to overcome the ambient chatter so the overall dining room sound level was very loud. We would go back on occasion but Firebirds will not be on our regular dining list.

Firebirds always has a good vibe after work. This time however we had to return veggies that were served cold and the meat on the salad was found lacking. The good news is the management responded promptly and fairly. We will try again for a better experience out the gate.

Anniversary lunch

Yes! I love this place. I go at least once a month. the service is outstanding, the food is great, and the atmosphere is a lot of fun.

The server was awful. The two adjacent tables were also displeased with the server.

We have eaten at Firebirds in the past and enjoyed our meals & service and this visit was disappointing. Our server was lovely, but she forgot to bring our appetizer, and the wrong side was served. It took quite a while to get the proper side delivered to replace the wrong one. One entre came SO overdone it looked terrible AND the steak was SO dry my friend did not even take a bite. The manager apologized and a new rare steak was delivered. She ordered medium well. They brought it home for the dog. I meant to reserve the back room which seems quieter - it's always so noisy.
