   Mary was attentive and came by when she felt we needed something. Love the booths against the wall. Typically more quiet than other parts of the dining area. Thanks for accommodating us. Cadillac martini is my fave. Prime rib delish.

   My guest was very satisfied with his meal. I however ordered the NY Strip, it was very bland, and extremely charred on the bottom and very tough to chew even though it was cooked medium rare as I ordered. I ate 1 third of it and took the rest home for my doggo. Disappointed

   Firebirds is usually very loud, so I was happy to be seated in a booth in the back, which made it very enjoyable! The appetizers were great. My favorite is he deviled eggs. The entrees were good as well, and I really appreciate that I can bring my own wine with NO cork fee!! That makes the night such a good value. I drink cheap wine… Barefoot Riesling is my favorite. A double bottle cost $10, so you can imagine how much I save on drinks at Firebirds. We go there often with the whole family. It’s also our Christmas Eve dinner spot for the last several years.

    We sat at the bar while waiting for the rest of our group to arrive, and the bartenders were friendly and helpful. When we were seated at our table, our server, Tia, was awesome. She was professional, friendly, polite, and handled our silly bunch perfectly.

    We made a reservation for 8pm this last Saturday. When arriving we noticed the waiting area was full which is normal at most restaurants but there was a lady that got in front of us at the host desk asking when they would be seated because they had a reservation for 7:15 and were still waiting at 7:55 to be seated. They were told that there were still 2 more parties ahead of them… When we talked to the host we were then told there were 7 parties ahead of us! Which is absolutely insane!! What is the reason for even making a reservation if you’re going to have to wait an hour or longer to be seated! We were bummed because we always enjoy the food at Firebirds and now had to scramble to find somewhere else to go for date night. After this experience I really don’t know if we will ever go back to this location sadly. Hopefully they find a better system and run their business better soon.

    Don’t bother making a reservation they do not seat based on reservations and overbooked many people. Tended to a obnoxious customer who arrived after many others and sat them ahead of many other customers who had been waiting longer than them.

    Our waiter was fantastic! The kitchen was pretty behind. Was seated at 7:40. Finished at 9:20. But when the food arrived it was great.

    Usually love this place but service kit very good. She was not so good at multitasking. Never brought us bread. We had to ask god it . Food was semi warm . Just not the usual dining experience.

    Ordered a salad with chicken. The chicken was very dry. Surprisingly so, I’ve ordered the same thing many occasions and it was very good. Must have been an off day. I love this place and will go back.

    We have ate here several times and by far this was our worst experience. I feel if this would have been our first visit we wouldn't return. Food was cold, waitress was poor. A waitress can make or break the entire experience.

    Even with an OpenTable reservation made over a week in advance, my party of 3 waited 45 minutes before we were seated. I have never had this happen before with a reservation.

    Food came out on the colder side. Steaks were undone to the point it was sent back twice to get to an edible point. Didn’t get all items asked for. Won’t be back.

    Reservation time does not mean you will actually get seated at that time. Drinks were good, food was mediocre but service was lacking. Almost to the point we felt it was a burden to ask our server any questions and we were be bothering them.
