    The food was very good and the atmosphere is nice. The pricing is a bit high for lunch but probably on target for dinner pricing. We had a large group and everyone was happy with their meal.

    We were informed about the specials and the new items on the menu. Our waiter was very attentive, and the food and service were outstanding. We usually eat here every couple of months. We know we'll get good food and service here.

    Friendly service although slow. Had to ask twice for waters and had to request bread. Realize that short staffing is a problem everywhere, give them a break on small things. Food was good, pricey as most other places. My pork chop was way overcooked. Been there several times. Very inconsistent.

    Food is always good. We had a nice quiet booth. But the service was a bit lacking. No water refills. One quick check on how everything was and practically had to grab her to make a request. I think with their prices you should be able to expect flawless service. Also wish they would expand mocktail choices!!

    Sub par steaks for the prices. The rib eye was very thin and overcooked. It did not seem like a top quality steak. The drinks are very expensive. $11 for a Tito’s soda. Service was okay. The place looks nice with good ambiance. The food was the let down. One good thing was the fries. We will definitely not return.

    Busy night and we all got salads and they were good, my tenderloin salad does have less tenderloin than it did a few years ago.

    Our server Candy was phenomenal. She was the best part of the meal! She did an excellent job. The charred carrots were not done all the way but were still pretty good. We love Firebirds so no worries.

    Very nice dinner for my 60th birthday. I asked for no bacon around my filet and there was bacon. I simply took it off waiter was excellent. Tried to send it back. I said no big deal. He brought a cream brele cake out at end because of the mistake. I was just shocked. It was such a nice extra that definitely was not expected. Perfect experience definitely recommend.

    Very pricey even at lunch. I ordered the pork tenderloin breakfast burrito and the wrap was so chewy I could barely cut it with a knife and the tenderloin was so charred you couldn’t taste anything else. We celebrated two birthdays and received a free dessert but were not even offered to order anything else.

    Your steaks are terrible quality. They remind me of the steaks you would get in Mexico smoked over cardboard. Pay the extra money to your supplier and get the better quality meats.

    We had a reservation and got seated as soon as we arrived. Server was at our table as soon as we were seated and took our drink order and served it within five minutes. Food was great.

    Typically a great place to eat. Have had great experiences here in the past, this particular experience wasn’t the best but certainly will be back as it’s only the first time I can’t give 5 stars. You won’t likely be disappointed at Firebirds West Des Moines
