Great meal. The shrimp and strawberry salad with jicama and goat cheese is the fam favorite - go with the ranch dressing. Burger and fries were perfectly cooked. Great service! Thanks to Bethany, who remembered every single detail and made it look easy! We love Firebirds.

Great service by Jon. I indicated this was a birthday meal when I made reservations, but there was no action related to this by the restaurant. Prime rib was very tasty, but not worth $41

It was our first time at Firebirds. The ahi tuna had a bit too much herbs for my liking. But, other than that the rest of the food was great, especially the desserts. The server Gael was friendly and attentive. He seemed to know the menu really well and gave us some recommendations that were helpful. Thanks, we'll be back.

Not as good as usual. We go to firebirds occasionally for the salmon salad, and the salmon is usually cooked perfectly: crispy outside, medium inside. This time, the salad has a thin piece of fish that was well-done but not seared like the usual. Hoping it was an isolated issue, but disappointed.

Overall, fair to average. Long wait to get service at our table once seated. Slow bringing the food out. Medium rare hamburger was well done.

Delicious dinner and great service! Shareable Ahi Tuna was top notch, as was the prime rib (available on Saturday and Sunday nights) .Marc, our server was terrific too! Only issue here is getting seated timely, even with a reservation. Seems there is always a wait. Polite apologies at reception and a sincere effort to get you seated help ease the situation. Comfortable booth seating.
